It was ordered medium and it came to the table rare, it was sent back but still wasn’t cooked properly. All the areas adjacent to the bone were not cooked. In my opinion the steak was frozen and the cooking time required to get the meat cooked which was next to a very cold bone was not possible. We also had 2 filet mignons and they were cooked properly.
