Incredible dinner - I had the Burrata Ravioli and my husband had the Roast Beef. And we had this mysterious drink as an aperitif - smoked lavender foam and heavens knows what else but we loved it. We are on one of the Viking ships and took a night off from dinner aboard - so very happy that we did. If we lived closer, we would definitely be here more often. Thank you !

I’ve been to several Michelin starred restaurants though this was the first in Germany. The decor is austere and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, particularly for someone that does not speak German. Each dish was thoughtful and delicious. The vegetarian foie gras was surprisingly delightful. Each dish was wunderbar right from the fresh, ash-colored bread to the after-dessert truffles. I would love to visit again.

We had a wonderful time at the Pegelhaus on a beautiful day sitting on the rivers edge. The service was great. We had the baked pollock and it was amazing. Perfectly prepared seasoned, fresh and delicious. Truly a memorable dining experience in a wonderful setting in a magical place in Germany. We would most definitely go back again and enjoy that dish.
