Amin was a phenomenal partner in my sushi experience. I told him what I liked and he ordered the perfect diverse selection and amount of sashimi and specialty nigiri. The food was exceptional (though I can only vouch for the vegetarian options). I would highly recommend the desserts, esp the Orange Crème Brûlée and the Plum Tart. Worth every cent & minute spent there…
