Chef de Cuisine, Sven Elverfeld, presents modern European cuisine of the highest standards in our signature restaurant AQUA. Well-known for his imaginative talents in creation of excellent dishes as well as for his aesthetic presentation, he was named Chef of the Year 2007 by the gourmet magazine "Der Feinschmecker". Awarded with three Michelin Stars and 19 points Gault Millau for its cuisine, the discrete elegance and exclusivity of AQUA is also underlined by its design. The contemporary interior by Andrée Putman features stunning décor details such as fine colored Art Déco armchairs and still-life flower photographs by the famous photographer Robert Mapplethorpe.

Experience the interaction between these two elements at the BEEF CLUB: In an ambience of select materials, including fired clay bricks, steel from the blast furnace, and surfaces finished with salt, we set the scene for a remarkable atmosphere and unparalleled indulgence.

With its four main serving times throughout the day, the restaurant located at the eastern end of the Autostadt GroupForum serves as a lively marketplace with a friendly and communicative atmosphere.    The AMano is our family restaurant with handmade stone oven pizza, focaccia, salads and delicious desserts.
