Sashimi was incredibly fresh, and the quality of the meat is honestly some of the best I’ve tasted in Melbourne. The service was top-notch too, making the whole evening even more special. My friend and I went for the Roast Katsu Pork set, and we could see a clear difference in sizes between our pork katsu. The breading is kinda lacking, and the pork was not as juicy as I remembered. We also ordered the truffle fries, but the fries were kinda soggy and the oil tasted a bit off. There wasn't much truffle taste to it. You could say it was like eating a stick of oil.
