Motherwell Restaurants

We were in Bucks Bar for lunch and although we were early we got seated quickly and got served with drinks quickly. We also were given time to select our orders and it was served quickly. Potions were plentiful and tasty and some tend to be on the spicy side but you can get milder food if requested

We had a wonderful visit on Saturday 14.09.24. The ambiance was very good with pleasant background music. Cammy the owner welcomed us and asked for an honest opinion on his food and in general the experience. The dips to start were tasty and the chicken pakora was big bits of chicken. The main meals were great tasting and had a large amount’s of food on the plate’s. My Lamb Madras was hot and i cleared my plate. The house wine’s were very decent as was the Kingfisher draught lager. All in all a great meal and value for money. Well done Cammy!

All starters a good size and very tasty. Main courses also a good helping and everyone enjoyed. Good choice of desserts to finish. Friendly, helpful staff. Perhaps the option of a small portion might be helpful for our elderly relatives. Great value- we will be back!

This was a first visit for us. The booking process was straightforward, with a reminder and a chance to confirm in advance. The restaurant itself is lovely, with a real "salon dining" feel, and an attention to detail that adds to the atmosphere. Our waiter was excellent and offered us good advice on our order. The service was attentive but at no point intrusive. The food was delicious and our lunch deal was excellent value. All in all a lovely experience, and certainly one to repeat!
