- PPhyllisChicago / Illinois •9 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 4, 2024We went to Cooper's Hawk to celebrate two birthdays. It was Monday, early, even for lunch, so the noise level was no problem at all. The hostess and servers were all super friendly, knowing we were celebrating. We all had different dishes and all were nicely presented and very good.More infoCooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Kildeer, ILPrice: Moderate• American• Kildeer•4.5
- AAnaChicago / Illinois •8 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 1, 2024This place is a winner! It’s as beautiful as the trendiest places in downtown Chicago, but it’s quiet enough that you can hear each other speak. The food is excellent - we shared the fish Hanjeongsik, a Korean traditional meal with an array of side dishes (I think we counted 15!), plus rice and soup. The mackerel was grilled and perfectly salted. The cod was tender and seasoned in a lovely sweet stew. The kimchi was almost subtle - a delight to eat. There’s not enough room to talk about every item, but suffice it to say we will be back!More infoMother's Apron Korean CuisinePrice: Moderate• Korean• Deer Park•4.9
