Great experience! Loved the outdoor heaters so we could still enjoy the rooftop bar and great view of the castle despite it being a little chilly. Loaded fries were yum!

This was a flawless meal: the food was served to perfection (tasty, generous, beautifully presented), and the service was unobtrusive yet adept, and kept the meal flowing with knowledgable advice and courtesy. The ambience was just right with subtle lighting, clean and spacious table and crisp, fresh accoutrements. The whole experience was memorable for all the right reasons, making this a restaurant to which we will certainly return.

We went to try new menu called Taste of Autumn and oh boy. So delicious!!!!! Absolutely amazing food and service ( massive thanks to Nicola), lovely place - we will be back ♥️

We had a fantastic experience eating here last week. It’s a lovely location set inside an old bank with many authentic features remaining. Our waiter ( sorry forgot his name - a young chap with a full beard) was extremely welcoming. He explained the menu and was very attentive from the start. Throughout the meal he kept checking on us and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. The food was sublime. We both had steaks which were cooked to perfection. The wine list is good with some good choices there for everyone. The meal lasted a good couple of hours and I can’t praise the experience highly enough.

The Ivy is a lovely, interesting and relaxed dining experience. From arrival at the reception, to being accompanied to your seat, to help and advice ordering, the standard and quality of food, the service is fantastic. Great staff, great food, excellent setting. Very worthwhile. Thank you.
