We went for my husbands birthday. We were met and seated promptly. Menu explained and drink and food orders taken as soon as we were ready. Atmosphere, decor and staff all lovely. Hard working and we never were left wanting. Food was amazing, cocktails were stunning, milkshales were huge, filling and tasty. The also brought out a happy birthday plate and sang happy birthday to my husband which was a lovely touch. Would definitely go again. Such a treat.

Lovely meal and great service. I always get the duck salad as a starter at The Ivy and this time the amount of duck on the plate felt slightly lacking but the flavour was still incredible. The Blackened Cod was brilliant as usual, as well as the scallops and sea bass. Very pleasant experience

Everything was great, for the brief amount of time that we were in there we were welcomed and looked after straight away. Amazing, friendly staff. Would definitely visit again!

So food is amazing, really tasty. Before we explain lol we asked to take a seat on the deck before our table was ready and they said it’s table service but it took nearly 30mins to get a drink and we had to go back up to the bar to order as they had forgotten us ;( our intro to the menu was very basic compared to the service on the table next to us they had a full explanation of everything. Not a biggy but we felt left out. Then an optional ! Service charge of 12.5% was added to the bill without us being aware. We worked it out when we left. No wonder their service is not as good as expected. Although food was very good the cost of a burger that was just a burger was a bit much. But hey you live and learn. Not a cheap night out ;) service could be better
