So lovely to have this new restaurant on our doorstep, I’m sure we will visit often. The menu is great, not too fussy and a good selection for everyone. They were able to amend some dishes for me as I’m gluten free. The staff were excellent. They prewarned us that the main courses may be a bit delayed ( the restaurant has just opened so I guess the staff are all new)but we didn’t have to wait long and also got a free bowl of olives. Well worth a visit, probably best to pre book.

Food, service and overall experience were fantastic!

Couldn't fault the service at all. From the very beginning we were greeted nicely and treated really well. Nothing was too much for them and we felt very welcome Sunday roast Main was absolutely fabulous, everything cooked perfectly. The meat was like butter and so tasty. Pudding was a let down and I think very over priced. £10 pp for a sharing platter of 3 deserts, I feel is a bit OTT and they weren't the best either to be honest. Sponge pudding was over baked so really hard and dry and the Bread and Butter pudding was really soggy. That said the theatre with the dry ice was brilliant and the kids loved it We had a really enjoyable meal despite the deserts missing the mark slightly. Service and Mains were definitely winners and we cannot wait to come back

Excellent quality food and teas served in a warm friendly environment. Initial welcome and serving of food and teas served promptly. Sadly, the service quality then waned and we had to ask each time we needed something e.g. fresh plates and a second pot of tea which then came as requested. After the initial welcome we didn’t really feel that well looked after!
