- KKaydee B MVancouver / British Columbia •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoI used to go to Mattone in its previous location and this building is such a step up. The initial order/pay system through phone was odd, but it was lovely finishing up and just being able to leave. Food was amazing like I had remembered, except I found the pizza Bianca wasn’t my favourite. The spicy seafood rigatoni was incredible with perfectly done seafood and pasta. The focaccia blew me away. The marinated olives were mind blowing as well. Had the Italian 75 and ordered another one for dessert. Service was so wonderful, friendly and fast.More infoMattone Italian KitchenPrice: Expensive• Italian• Campbell River•4.2

- CCorinneVancouver / British Columbia •1 review4.0Dined 3 days agoThe restaurant was lovely and the service outstanding but I was very disappointed in the food. We had the set menu and I was underwhelmed by my meal. My Cesar salad was fine, if a bit over seasoned but the bouillabaisse, which looked amazing, was super bland. I struggled to pick up any flavor in the broth, I found the muscles to be muddy tasting and the prawn to be slightly over cooked. We had one choice for dessert, the sticky toffee pudding. It was a nice, light date cake, but not anything special. I have to say my favorite part of my meal was probably the Hot Toddy Truffle at the end. That was AMAZING.More infoCarve Kitchen & MeateryPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Canadian• Campbell River•4.6

- AAngelaVancouver / British Columbia •3 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 29, 2024Although we have dined at the Beach Club before we reserved a dome for lunch for our anniversary with friends. Everything we ordered was above our expectations, so delicious! Our server Kerrie was a glass act, friendly, professional and gracious laughed at our jokes. Even though the weather was not sunshine the whole dome experience is wonderful beyond words. Great way to celebrate 28 years. There was a small glitch when we first sat down but our server corrected the situation as best as she could. Definitely will be back.More infoThe Beach Club Resort Restaurant & LoungePrice: Expensive• Seafood• Parksville•4.5
