Came here for a second date. It did not disappoint. The food (especially the steak) was exceptional and delightful. The attentiveness of the server, was incredible. Best meal and service I’ve experienced in Brisbane to date.

It was a very busy Saturday. You cannot beat the setting and the ambiance that's for sure. I feel like they need to mix up the menu a little. I have been there 3 times in the past 2 years and the menu hasn't change much - if at all. There was 6 of us on Saturday. We all received our meals, except one. She only received hers after asking twice, and by the time it arrived - we had all finished eating. Obviously they were busy, and this hasn't happened before when I have been so would definitely still go back.

Delicious food, lovely staff and enjoyable ambiance. Really like it here., would absolutely recommend trying Vela!

Interesting menu executed to perfection. Service was unobtrusive yet attentive. Good drinks selection well matched to menu. Can’t wait to return!
