Best Newcastle dining experience in a long time! From our welcome at the door by Hao Chi's outstanding Floor Manager, the attentiveness and professionalism of the wait staff and the lovely decor of this restaurant, our night was one to remember. Our group of 8 selected the $80 per person banquet (min 6 guests required) and were absolutely delighted with each generously proportioned and exquisitely-presented course. From crab dumplings with caviar to duck pancakes to pork belly to an excellent wagyu beef dish to a chicken & cashew stir-fry to the best-ever eggplant (yum!) to an impressively presented sweet & sour whole barramundi and more, ending with a palate-cleansing mango & tapioca dessert .... we were treated to a sumptuous feast in a room full of character. The restaurant is spacious, well-lit and, unlike many similar venues, we could actually hear ourselves talk. Well done to the front of house team and the fantastic kitchen crew. Highly recommend!

Such a great experience to eat here. Staff always so helpful, friendly & quick to respond, delicious food options and all presented with so much consideration. If you haven’t been it’s a must!

We all had a great time. Food, drinks and service all excellent. The pricing to enter the feeding enclosure was way over the top though especially when feeding was extra. Also disappointed that there were no beer takeaways available to purchase anymore, excluding growlers. But all in all still a great day and will definitely return.

The high tea was just lovely. Beautiful location, wonderful service and great choices for food and drinks. As a coeliac I was also well catered for. Thank you for such a lovely couple of hours

The B farm Picnic is a great setting to enjoy nature and unwind. I was there with my husband and 1 year old son and we had a great time. There was plenty of space for my son to run around and plenty of room for us to lay our picnic mat down and have a relaxing time. The food was okay but the ambience made up for it. There was live music too. We had a super relaxing time and loved being amidst nature. Highly recommend!
