I thought it was a great experience. That staff is very young and all looked to be excited about an opportunity to work and learn. They were all engaged and having fun. It was refreshing to see them working well together. I know this because I had a view of the kitchen through the glass wall and enjoyed watching them working well together. Oh BTW the food was delicious.

Each time we visit we have Lily as our server and she is great. The perfect amount of attentive, and just overall really friendly. Food is always obviously fresh and hot, and consistent in quality.

This is definitely one of our favorite restaurants. The atmosphere is beautiful and staff is always good.

I always get the Del Mar Burrito here (seafood). It is consistently good. Food always arrives from the kitchen quickly and hot. After that, the service tends to lack a little. They have the smallest drink glasses I’ve ever seen used in a restaurant, and I often find myself with an empty glass and nobody around to fill it. (There is one particular manager who always steps up and personally fills your drink if he sees this.). It’s always a bit loud, and for some reason, people like to let their kids run around… but the food is consistently good, so I keep going back.
