To book a table at Esens'ALL is to prepare for an organic gastronomic experience that's a little out of time. The 12-seat dining room is resolutely modern. The ambiance Warm, clean lines, contemporary furniture and subdued lighting. The soothing green wall sets the tone for a committed cuisine and the unity of a place where the essential is not in the decoration but in the plate. Chef Laurent Pichaureaux invites you on a journey, playing with textures and visuals. But for him, the most important thing is to highlight the work of craftsmen. There's no menu, no titles, just 2 tasting menus in 5 or 7 stages that change constantly. The signature here is an identity, not one dish more than another.
