pork schnitzel braised in a mushroom cream sauce with spätzle, garlic confit and broccolini
Apple strudel with vanilla bean ice cream and whipped cream
Friendly service. Food was delicious!
Glad we got a reservation! This restaurant is SO GOOD. Every bite was delicious. We had the classic Weiner Schnitzel with the best potato salad. The pretzel appetizer was so delicious — served with a warm cheese dip that our friend referred to as the “cheese butter”. But the best part of the meal for me was the warm apple streudel with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and a cafe Frangelico that. I am still dreaming of that streudel and would eat it every day if I could.
Wonderful warm atmosphere and the food is exceptional. The duck pot pie is delicious with a wonderful puff pastry crust. Every dish is expertly prepared. The service is friendly and efficient. Great cocktails and a nice wine and beer list.
Everything was delicious! We had the Jaegerschnitzel and the Rouladen, and both were the best of their kind that we'd ever enjoyed. The service was polite, attentive, and quick, and our cocktails were thoughtfully composed. We'll be back for our next special occasion!
Absolutely a fine dining experience in every way.
We experienced it for the first time and definitely will be back on special occasions.
It’s a bit pricey for our financial situation, but completely enjoyable and worth every penny.
Great service, food, cocktails/wine. Warm, welcoming environment too. Love sitting up at the bar - Sal is great!
Went in looking for a "fine dining" experience prior to a show at the Heritage Theatre. This place totally delivered. Go give them your business; you won't be disappointed.
Pork Belly, spaetzle, Jager schnitzel were all so good!
Our first time at the restaurant. Wonderful ambiance, great food, and friendly staff. Juan was exceptionally helpful and made the experience much more enjoyable. It was great chatting with him.
Delectable flavors of food and drink. Attentive staff. Will definitely return
Absolutely wonderful dinner. Lauren took great care of us and the food was more than excellent. We can't wait to return.
We have always liked this restaurant. It is nearby, the service and food is always good and the ambiance is very inviting. Parking is never a problem in DT Campbell. It’s a place where locals meet regularly to catch up with friends and family. Busy all the time. Highly recommended.
Tight seating inside. Dark mood lighting
Laura was great, attentive and engaging. Great food!!
We love Naschmarkt every time we dine here. Fact of the matter is - variety is the spice of life but it's also lovely to have those comforts you know will always be there when you need them. The Naschmarkt menu is exactly that for me, there's always something new and exciting but their classics are there like a comforting hug when you need it.
Very interesting wine list and fantastic prices for wine by the glass.
Desserts are amazing and most definitely starting with a cocktail is a must.
All their servers are friendly, skilled and so very welcoming. Cannot wait to be back!
Very good food, but pricey. We paid over $100 for the two of us, with no drinks. Servers, although good, were not too personable. That maybe due to the crowded place. Quite noisy, again probably due to the crowd and the small size of the restaurant. Overall, a nice place. Will return.
Service is good. Shared appetizers: Goat Cheese Purse Salad$13, very good. Entrees: Pan Roasted Grouper$38, very good. Duck Pot Pie $42, terrible. Dessert: Schoko Kuchen $13, very good. Got Birthday dessert for free. Thank you!
Great food, service was very good. Items were a little pricey. $25 for 2 scallops? Don't get me wrong, they were fantastic. We will likely be back again.
A competitive creative chef is in the kitchen! Service is expert. A special evening out!
Excellent Old World cuisine in cozy atmosphere with attentive service. Started with butter lettuce salads, followed by outstanding Wiener- and Jägerschnitzels (with remarkable potato salad & Spätzle, respectively), and finished with a delicious Apfelstrudel. Execution & presentation were top notch. The place is rather small, almost cramped, very reminiscent of similar outfits in German-speaking parts of Europe. The atmosphere, the noise, even the patrons feel like you’ve been instantly transported to Vienna, Zurich, or Munich.
Will most definitely be back!
Food was exceptional.
The food was delicious and would recommend dining here. It was a bit crowded as the tables were vey close together. I paid my check and left my credit card behind. The manager on duty immediately called me on my cell phone and I was able to get my card back. In my opinion he went above and beyond!!
Food was excellent. The spatezle app, the soup special, the duck “pot pie” were all delicious. The service was intentionally slow to allow you to relax, rather than sending out one course after the other and feeling rushed and stuffed.
Really delicious seasonal food and attentive service. As someone who has lived and dined in San Francisco, I was really impressed with this place.
We have been here several times and no matter what we choose it's delicious. The presentations are beautiful and the service is great.
Enjoyed everything! Will definitely be back if in the area
A packed house and service was spot on… fantastic food and we will be back soon!
First time here, first to arrive and with a party of two, you are very limited to tables that DO NOT have the best seating. Crammed up against a wall, in a corner, and in a walkway. Sorry - I know this restaurant has a small footprint, but with COVID restrictions it just felt tight. Food and service were good, high prices - but I guess with the current situation of trying to hire/retain stellar servers this is how restaurants are surviving.
Went on a recommendation from a friend. Uneven at best. The wienerschnitzel was good, if a bit tough and dry. My friend had the steak and said it was perfect. I had the chocolate dessert which was excellent, and my friend had the apple strudel, which was not. It tasted as if it was baked in a dirty oven (smokey, greasy flavor). I probably won't go back.
Limited choice appetizers and not very 'Austrian'. Entrees were good, beer selection is outstanding. I experienced better and friendlier service. Overall good but far from outstanding.
Always a great experience here!
If you're seeking Austrian/German cuisine a destination for sure. Very busy place, lively and great service. Our sausage and cabbage appetizer was amazing. Entrees of schnitzel and duck pot pie were excellent.
We had an outstanding meal! Each entree and the pretzel appetizer was delicious and our waiter recommended the perfect Austrian wine to complement the meal. We highly recommend Naschmarkt.
Authentic Austrian food and great service. Give yourself 15 extra minutes to find parking during Oktoberfest.
Tried the duck pie similar to chicken pot pie but with puff pastry. Seasoning was off and overall was poorly executed. The smoked chicken with spaetzle for appetizer was good but very salty. My husband had the pork schnitzel which was very good.
Service was fantastic. All of the foods we ordered was delicious except for 2 dishes. Would come back for the German dishes.
Food and service was beyond excellent! Will refer family and friends.
As much as I appreciated the meal, it took one and a half hours to get our food after we ordered it.
Food is delicious and our server was so nice and pleasant.
