Very disappointed for our Valentines Day dinner. Ignored at the table. Not friendly service. A giant sign that asks you to pay cash or check...very tacky. Food was just average.

Surprising the food was delicious for being in an area known for tourism. Fast service but without the feeling of being rushed. Great Service!

Service excellent, they stayed open for us as the hours posted with Open Table are wrong. That is only thing that needs to change.

We had a great time. The waiter was really good and so was the food. I liked that the restaurant is kind of small. Even though it was full, it wasn't too loud or busy. Perfect for carrying conversations. It was my son's 20th birthday and he chose the restaurant. He has high functioning autism and was very happy with his choice. He said it was his best birthday ever!

So glad your back at the ole digs. Food and service were excellent. Great pizza pies. Like the waiter service versus ordering at the counter. I'm happy either way.

The food is good at Franco's. We waited almost an hour for it, however. The bill was about $50 a piece for dinner with drinks which is a bit high for the food we received. My daughter's salmon was about 3 ounces of salmon with a small amount of ziti pasta. The menu said it came with orzo. They have music on many nights which is pretty good. I think their pizza is probably the safest bet. And look at the wine prices before ordering. Some of them are a bit high.

We made a table reservation for 3 requesting sitting close to the dance floor and the music. the online reservation was made on 27 July for a 7:30 PM sitting on 29 Jul. Confirmation was immediately approved. To our dismay, we arrived at our sitting time to be told we had no reservations at all. I should our e-mail confirmation and was told that people wait till the last minute for reservations so they were sitted first. Instead of leaving, we decided to wait for the next open table....did not take too long. I expected at least an apology for the inconvenience but that was to much to ask.

the ambiance was very good. the appearance was very nice. music was good. food (non-pizza items) left a lot to be desired, not much flavor, too much sweet on items like bruschetta . I will go back for the fun, but not the food (will give pizza a try)
