It started well with a great service, but the loud music spoiled the dinner. We were 8 people screaming to talk and have a conversation. For someone approaching the restaurant would think that it was a night club. But the crowd inside the restaurant seemed to care about the dinner and the food. We complained about the volume but nobody changed it. There was not a single person dancing. I will not go back.

This place is NO bargain, and the food is overpriced. My 44 dollar fish dinner came out FROZEN in the middle! Had to be sent back, and I was so nauseous I couldn't eat another thing! The manager was not helpful, and the rest of the dinners were just OK. They were not child friendly in the least either! I would not recommend this restaurant.

Nammos is one of my Hampton favorites... but his past weekend it was off. I know it's the beginning of the season... but the food is usually so much better. And everyone at my table thought the same. Hopefully it was just an off night.

This restaurant is deceptive and extremely over priced. I found the menu online to be affordable and appropriate for my family but when I arrived at the restaurant, the prices were almost double the amount that the menu stated. Because it is impossible to get a reservation for a large party in Southampton, we stayed and continued to be disappointed. The portions were minuscule for the ridiculously high prices and the options were dismal. The waiters kept opening bottles of water that we did not ask for, continuing to increase the already expensive bill. When all of our issues with this manipulative restaurant were brought to the manager's attention, we were dismissed and ignored. I would NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Nammos succeeds several pretentious and overpriced ventures in the historic Post House building. It is a joy to be there, in a warmly lit room with two handsome gas fireplaces and a pretty popular bar. It hasn't been discovered yet, so try it this winter. You'll find Emilio, the host, exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the service staff is kind and attentive. If tiger prawns are on the menu, get them - - you'll think you're in Greece or Italy.

With the two high-flying prior occupants gone (Club Collette and then Nello), the lovely old Post House is once again an accessible and affordable place. The theme is Greek, but it is not overplayed, and the menu is really only around half filled with the kinds of Greek specialties (spanakopita, kebabs, simple grilled fish) that one expects. A mushroom pasta was outstanding, but so was a grilled double pork chop the size of a fist. The room is very attractive (2 fireplaces, well-spaced tables, white table cloths), and the host (Emilio) very genial and solicitous of his customers' comfort. It's not the old Post House, but it's a worthy successor

We sat for 1/2 hour with drinks that we had ordered from the bar. No waitress or waiter came over. When we told the gal at the front door that - she sent over a waiter who apologized that they were under staffed and had just started their "off season". We waited another 10 minutes and left. This was a Saturday night. We think they should close for the "off season"!
