Hyde Park Restaurants

We had a wonderful meal at American Bounty on the CIA campus in Hyde Park. This was our second trip to the campus to dine. The smoked onion soup was over the top good! So was the on-site brewed German style lager beer. The staff did an excellent job with the service and the entire experience was wonderful! Hats off to the students of CIA!

I took my daughter to the restaurant to celebrate her birthday and she loved it. The experience was just what she wanted. Thank you to all the students and staff for the experience. Excellent time :-)

Our dining experience at The Bocuse Restaurant was amazing! The servers were extremely, professional and very knowledgeable as was the Somalier who gave us a tasting of three wines. He explained the differences and made our choice very easy. The food was superb and everything was plated beautifully. The four of us had such a wonderful experience and we’re looking forward to returning.

Any CIA restaurant one chooses would be satisfying and the attention to detail exemplary being that the “students” are graded as they serve, clear, explain, cook, etc. I’ve not been to the Italian restaurant for lunch but the optional portion sizes were/are appreciated. It’s too bad our choice of dessert was “sold out”, but we had an extra slice of bread to make up for it, lol Thank you and enjoy…

A very nice restaurant. This restaurant was just opened this semester and it is a bit more casual than the rest of the restaurants. That said, it is a wonderful place to eat. The food was excellent, and a very generous portion. The desserts were yummy—and not overwhelmingly large. The service was very friendly and our waitress really knew the menu well.
