For over 30 years Anton's at the Swan has been known for the charming atmosphere of the Swan Hotel. The excellent cocktails made by professional bartenders start the meal, followed by Chef Chris Connors'. sourdough bread. Our seasonal menu changes regularly, taking advantage of the local produce in Bucks and Hunterdon counties. Homemade desserts are the finishing touch on the meal. Our kind and thoughtful waitstaff will make you feel welcome and cared for.

Husband and wife owners, Massimo Schiavon & Antoinette Borromeo, provide an extension of their home to guests. A few of their signature dishes are Trofie Pesto Genovese, Rigatoni Bolognese and a Pasta on the Wheel. Other delights include a Tuscan Roasted Half Chicken, Grilled Whole Branzino, and a beautifully presented Pot of Mussels.
Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options are clearly marked on the menu.
The 30 foot bar that can accommodate up to 14 people for cocktails or dinner, as well as an authentic Italian happy hour - Appertivi from Tuesday - Thursday.
The inviting patio provides outdoor dining on weather permitting evenings.
