The food is always incredible, the wine pairings are great, and the employees are all kind and professional. The wagyu cheeseburger with hippie truffle fries were yummy and decadent. The flatiron steak salad with candied beets and blue cheese was spot on with the chimichurri. The strawberry basil creme brûlée was the perfect ending to our dinner. Totally worth the 6 hour drive from Wyoming!!! The strip steak was cooked perfectly, very tender and the vegetable ragout was very yummy , comfort food ! Peach vinaigrette made with local Palisades peaches was tasty!
