First night in Lewes, made a reservation for Heirloom. The restaurant is well laid out in a house, without destroying the original feel of a home. Outside dining area was full and lively with diners enjoying themselves. We sat inside by my requested reservation and were introduced to Angel, our server who was helpful, well timed, and added to the experience. Dinner was fantastic, apps of a delicious soft shell crab, and the Octopus, so tender and really good with a little heat that was a pleasant surprise. Mahi Mahi for me, wife had the Scallops and we both enjoyed our meal completely. Well done Heirloom & Angel- thanks!

Very impressed with this hidden gem. It's a bit hidden within the Harrington Raceway casino, but the noise from the casino doesn't carry in to the dining room. Foodwise, it's on-par with Ruth's Chris Steakhouse (as is the service and pricing). The crabmeat cocktail is fantastic - we can't get enough. The steaks are always perfectly grilled to the correct temperature. And they feature some scrumptious daily specials which have never disappointed. But the a la carte side of brussel sprouts is AMAZING...almost like candy they are so good. Service is top-notch. Attentive but not overbearing - very professional. Our server (Steve) is quite knowledgeable of the menu, specials, and other offerings and is happy to accomodate every request. He's always well-groomed and well-spoken. He never allows beverage glasses to go empty, and empty dishes are wisked away promptly. I understand he is a professional server of nearly 20-years and understands proper dining and service etiquette...so difficult to find servers like that today. Prices are on par with any top-notch steakhouse, except for a soft drink, which is less than that at a fast food or casual dining restaurant (just $2). We come from out-of-state at least once a month to visit Bonz and have never been disappointed. It's very consistent across the board. The only regret we have is that it is not open on Monday and Tuesday. (If you're planning on dining there on the weekend or during weekdays around 6 P.M. (dinner hour), reservations are strongly encouraged.)

We had a delightful evening dining at the Washington Inn. I would have to say it was the highlight of our visit to beautiful Cape May. The food was delectable, and the staff support superb. A huge thank you to the entire team!

I took my wife to the Blue Pig in Congress Hall Cape May for a birthday dinner. We were impressed with the decor of the dining room where we were seated. Very rustic looking but inviting and warm. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items. I ordered the steak frites and my wife had the braised short rib. Both meals were very well presented and tasted even better. A definite highlight of our trip. I would highly recommend the Blue Pig to anyone!

Excellent food, great waitstaff. For the first time I marked that it was a special occasion when booking on OpenTable. Because it was our anniversary, they brought us free champagne and our dessert plates had Happy Anniversary written in chocolate. The main courses were excellent (lamb chops and halibut). The desserts were incredible. Drinks are always good here. Only thing we don't love is when you get a booth in the bar area. Can get a little loud but the back dining area was full.
