We wanted a nice place to eat and the Steakhouse delivered. The steak was prepared to my husbands liking, and our waitress did a very nice job with recommendations and asking us if we needed anything. It is expensive like most steak houses are, but we would definitely go back again.
The steaks were amazing! Cannot resist the bread basket so good.
We really enjoy Mystic Lake Steakhouse for a midweek dinner out. The food is always prepared to our liking and the servers are very professional. During the week days and non-show days its easier to get a reservation than on weekends and nights when they have shows.
My steak was undercooked. My partners was overcooked. (They butterflied a medium well). And I was served a drink minus a main ingredient. they were apparently out, and still made the drink.

The food was extraordinary fine and better than some of best downtown restaurants. I was surprised by the selections and the taste. The scallops was the best!

There was a group that were pretty loud. I would have appreciated the wait staff to ask them to lower their voices. It's an upscale restaurant; that type of conduct should not be allowed.

I had the rib eye steak and it was tenderly delicious, my wife had the walleye and loved it. The hostess tried to sit us near the waiters door when there were plenty of good spots left, this made us feel bad. We dressed up first night out in a long time... she needs training.

Food is always great, but very pricey and sides are A la Carte - Texas Roadhouse is a much better value and is ALL INCLUSIVE of two sides. I would recommend Mystic Steakhouse to a friend, if they at least included the sides in the price. Probably better for the 'winners' circle!

Things seemed a bit off tonight. Not the usual attention to detail and service. No one wished us a happy anniversary, no bread was brought to the table until we asked, my carrots never arrived to name a few. It was a delicious meal.

It is very hot in restaurant. I spoke with manager and he said he has called and asked them to lower temp but they wont do it. It was so hot that family and I were sweating a lot and could did not finish meal because we started to feel ill. We had to go to restroom multiple times to splash water one our faces to cool down.

This was our 2nd year in a row going to Mystic Steakhouse for our anniversary. Last year everything was phenomenal!! I was so excited to go again. This year the food was very good, just not phenomenal. My husband had a ribeye and I had a filet mignon. They were very good. We shared asparagus, baked potato and a side of shrimp. The potato and asparagus were undercooked and the shrimp was very spicy even though we ordered it on the mild side. It may have just been an off night for the kitchen staff. Our waiter was awesome!! Very friendly and accommodating. I also ordered a signature drink, Spanish Sunset. It was delicious!! All in all it wasn’t as good as the first time we were there but still a very enjoyable evening!

Really disappointed this time, unlike our last visit. This time, our server never brought us our bread service - skipped right to salads, and never bothered to ask if we wanted our alcoholic drinks refilled (which we did want but never received). With tip, the whole meal for 4 people cost $400, and I certainly don't feel like I got my money's worth.

I used to love Mystic Lake Steakhouse, but since they changed ownership and are changing their classification to a 5-star restaurant, I am not impressed. I used to come here with my family about every other month and we all loved it.
I have been here twice since the change. The first time was pleasant but then the second time I was disappointed.

Service was slow and not well executed by the server we had. We asked for two cold appetizers to come out at the same time, unfortunately, the deviled eggs came about 10 minutes before my salad did. The restaurant was pretty dead due to covid restrictions which made it tough for me to swallow why our service was poor.

Steaks are way overpriced. This is my 2nd visit and when you order medium rare, you get a steak that’s well done. The steak had zero flavor. Shrimp cocktail tasted fishy. Girlfriends lobster was good, but the side of asparagus was terrible. They have almost no choices for desert and when we ordered cheesecake we where told they were out.

Kevin is an AMAZING server, we had reservations for 2, then ran into some friends that wanted to join us so it ended up being 4 of us. Without delay they sat us for 4. Looks and tasted very classy, but I didn't feel like we were looked down upon for not being classy. Will definitely come back.
