   Always a great meal and time at Muse. Donny is wonderful making sure all guests are well taken care of. Food is delicious…never disappoints! A true gem in Charleston 🩷

   Although not expressly stated, Muse leans towards Italian fare as its featured cuisine. My veal dish was nicely prepared, without the Mediera being too prominent. The wine by the glass selection is good, and the prices are reasonable. Bread service is free in an age where this is disappearing. Our server was ebullient while those at other tables appeared demure. I believe we drew the major domo of the group, and he regaled us with some local ethnic history. Food here is filling, especially after the meatball appetiser, so we eschewed dessert in favor of a Sambucca digestive.

   Our experience was unlike prior visits. There was a party of 20 that siphoned off all resources. Cold food, no wine as ordered, overcooked everything. Waiter was apologetic but not his fault. Comped salad. Big whoop! This restaurant cannot handle large parties in season. SAD. Was One our favorite dining destinations for years. Will not return.

   We had dinner at the Muse and left with mixed feelings on this restaurant. Liked the menu and pretty enjoyed every item we ordered but the service was a disappointment because of our server. He didn’t have the best attitude and it showed. He didn’t tell us that there were specials so we were annoyed to hear other servers giving a list of specials to their tables after we had already ordered from the menu. I will say that the other servers looked very attentive to their tables and were really hustling to provide great service. We think our experience would have been quite different if we had a different server. So our advice, ask for any server Not named Kurt.

   Staying in Hilton Head for our honeymoon and decided to take a day trip to Charleston. I found Muse through Open Table and loved what I saw so decided to try it out! The food was amazing- tons of flavor (only wish my portion of Carbonara was a little bigger for the price). We had two servers, which was strange, but we really only saw Hunter. He was awesome- super sweet, helpful and patient. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone!

   Cannot recommend Muse enough. We had the Donnie experience and the food was incredible. Service was top tier. We will be back.

   Lenoirs was our fav in Charleston. The food was absolutely delicious and service was great too.

    I have been to Charleston several times for leisure and have never dined at Muse. This was easily probably the best meal I have had in Charleston. Our server was incredibly attentive, caring, and entertaining. The food was incredible. I do not believe a single piece of food was left on our plates. I could not recommend this restaurant more.
