Food is terrific
A very nice Birthday dinner
Food was great and serving size was big! We enjoyed the overall experience and were happy they offered soup (NE clam chowder was delish!)
Always love a visit to Montauk with a reservation to this great restaurant. Would highly recommend!
We were three people snd we sat at a high top table in the bar. Great energy and very nice. We each ordered two appetizers each rather than entrees. All six appetizers were delicious. This is a go to favorite restaurant for us.
Excellent east end spot. Great room, fine food and friendly service.
Thanks to Christina for the great service!
Lovely place to dine and food was scrumptious. Highly recommend it!
Food not worth the price
Good service with excellent food nice Montauk vibe
Muse was great! Loved all aspects!
Food was excellent. Service was a little slow. Had to ask for bread twice even though there was a server walking around with a bread tray. Luckily the food made up for the shortcomings in serve. Like everywhere you go, drinks are ridiculous. Twenty dollars for a martini.
Always have a great meal at Muse. We had the BLT salad, the mussels, and the
“ chicken under a brick”. All delicious! Great wines by the glass. We like to sit in the bar area, as it’s a little more lively, but the dining room is lovely too. Always great service. Will be back!
Steak was over cooked. Brussels sprouts side dish was covered in onions which it did not say in the description.
They did take them back and we never tasted them but they were unappetizing looking.
Unfortunately we were a little disappointed in this place.
I would Still give it another try.
Food was excellent but tables were pushed close together with no room to move. Asked for another table (2 were empty) but were told nothing was free
Food was amazing. Might be my new favorite restaurant in MTK
Food too salty
Good food and plentiful! With Montauk prices! The staff could not have been nicer!
The food was wonderful - surpassed only by the service!
Great dinning out experience! Lovely, relaxed atmosphere with openness and a fun vibe. Great, attentive service. Francesca, our service provider, was wonderful. Mario, the manager, a gracious host. The food! A notch or two above. Beautiful, fresh ingredients and an artful presentation on the plates! The tastes of our dishes made for a party on our palates. This is what dinning out should be like!
There in the area on a visit and I wish I could beam this place back home ( or at least the chef!!).
Bravo one and all!
$20 for Grey Goose
Wine listed on bill which we did not have
Apple and goat cheese would never order again
If your looking for value this is not the place for you
Terrible waiting service. It took over 20 minutes for anyone to come to our table. The server only came to our table once to get our drink & food order and that was it. We didn't have a chance to order another drink and had to hunt down another server just to get our check.
Wonderful service and food!
We will return !
Thanks so much
Excellent meal & service
I was so excited to return to the restaurant after almost a year There were not any specials which was unusual My husband had the Sea Bass with vegetables The portion was so small dry and the vegetables were tasteless I had the Salmon and vegetables My vegetables were also bland and the Salmon was nothing special The special salad we ordered was also disappointing and expensive
The happy hour bartender was very nice but the wings were so tiny it was embarrassing
All in all we spent over 150.00 dollars and we will not be back anytime soon I have had a home in Montauk for many years now and Muse and the Harvest were always our favorites
Sorry for the negative comments
Food was awesome, service was quick and personable and the decor was comfortable and chic.
Great food, quick service.
I love the new surroundings and food selections. Great bar too.......
Mario and Peter took very good care of us. See you again soon.
Good food, good service and we are coming back.
My husbands steak was perfectly cooked and delicious. My sea bass was delicious.
Thanks for a lovely evening.
Ahmazing! Best kept secret 🤫
Somewhat disappointing ... I gave this restaurant a shot after hearing it was hit or miss.
Convenient location, in town, behind the circle. Service was pleasant, accommodating and professional. Atmosphere was decent. We sat outside on the veranda, even though our reservations were made for an inside table.
A few families with children dined nearby. A few bouts of crying and screaming, but I guess nothing you wouldn't expect when dining out in a busy vacation town at the height of the summer season.
The majority of our food was unfortunately VERY, very salty. (And, that's coming from someone who loves salty food.) ...
We had the calamari two ways, and the fried oysters for an appetizer. I had the shrimp scampi over pasta and my guest had the salmon for an entree. Shared a BLT salad between us.
The fried calamari was somewhat uninspired. The stuffed calamari which accompanied the fried was a bit chewy and tethery. Neither had enough sauce to dip.
The fried oysters were ... alright? ... over breaded and kind of bland.
The Salmon entree was without a doubt, over salted. Tasted like everything served on the plate was doused in the same kind, and heavy handed amount, of seasoning.
The shrimp scampi entree wasn't too bad. Seasoned appropriately, with a nice lemony zing. (I'd order this again.)
The BLT salad was also super salty, overdone with bleu cheese. Nice presentation though.
The bread pudding we had for dessert was the best part of our meal. Warm and covered in caramel sauce. Did not disappoint.
Overall, if you are looking for an upscale dining experience in Montauk that doesn't leave you questioning what you just paid $200+ for, I would probably suggest avoiding Muse, and going to Harvest on Fort Pond or Scarpetta Beach at Gurney's, if you can get a reservation.
Wishing you luck if you roll the dice here.
I celebrate my birthday here every year for 6 years running and it is wonderful every time!
This was our 6th visit this summer. Wonderful as always. Our server Gabor was great. Never had to wait for anything. He was on top of everything. We had two great wines to start. Very generous pours ( when a restaurant gives a bad pour, I’m not returning). Started with the BLT salad. The best! My husband had the mussels for his dinner. He loved them. And I had my favorite dish called “ chicken under a brick”. So delicious! No room for dessert. Dinner for two with three great wines, the salad and the mussels and the entree was approximately 130 dollars. Well worth every penny! Will be returning.
Great dinner and service! Our first time here and we will put this into our rotation!
Beautiful place great location fantastic food! Will go again!
Nice music. Good bass. Little pricey but seems the norm
Enjoyed our dinner food and service were excellent
We were seated outdoors and there was live music. Service was friendly. Chicken under a brick and sea bass was very good. Third time here and will be back next year!
