What a fantastic dinner. Ceviche, grilled salmon and poke bowl were all excellent. Our server Rusty took great care of us. Be prepared to speak loudly, though, as the noise volume is quite high.

Our server Trey was very attentive and engaging. We truly enjoyed this visit. The food and service were impeccable.

We’ve dined at Montlake Cut several times and it never disappoints. Our server last night was Abby and she was a delight, making helpful suggestions and then pacing our order so that we never felt rushed nor had to wait for the next course. Their seafood is always fresh and the restaurant is charming and well run. You really can’t go wrong with Montlake Cut!

We had a reservation, but still had to wait a bit for our table, which was fine. The restaurant is popular and I love that. The manager was very apologetic and made sure we were taken care of. She brought drinks and an appetizer to the table. I felt spoiled. It was a great experience. The food was divine and I have never had a bad meal. The crab fried rice is always a must and we ordered it as an appetizer. The oysters were fresh. My husband said the salmon was the best piece of fish he had ever had. Our friend who was dining with us has a shellfish allergy and they were very mindful of that too. From starter to dessert it was a perfect meal.

We had a bit of a rough start for a party of six on a very busy night, but the team made a remarkable effort to delight us. The food and drinks were, as always, excellent. The standards and commitment at Montlake Cut continue at a very high level.

We have been at this Restaurant since it's beginning and always enjoyed it Ceviche was good , but the Sea Bass Tacos were not eatable, totally overcooked and tough Tacos were so bad, like someone in the Kitchen didn't know how to prepare them We were rushed to eat and get out of there, Rum cake was still cold instead of being warm Not going back, we have better Restaurants
