Reserved a party here for my sister birthday. This place gets too crowded to have reserved parties, also not enough room. The coordinator did not reserved as many seats as requested. Also coordinator did not specify that guest will all have to arrive at the same time, even via email. The waiter was rude and not friendly. Sucks to pay someone 18% gratuity and you only see them upon arrival and when the check is needed to be paid. We had to constantly ask for her and our food and drinks. The actual Lounge was good, if the coordinator and waitress is as good as the Lounge, they may be on to something.

My husband and I absolutely love Mona's. We always have a great time and the service is great. We prefer to go before the hip hop starts at 11pm. We took our friends for the first time and they enjoyed themselves.

It was ladies night and apparently the DJ does not stay the whole night. Would have been a great night if he was able to stay until the venue closed.

A great place to unwind, meet new people, enjoy good wine, cigars & cocktails, watch sports, listen to live music and/or a DJ. Good customer service

Maria was an excellent waitress- she was on top of everything we needed the entire night. The birthday girl and the entire party enjoyed the live music, dj, food and drinks. Planning to come monthly in the future!

Coming to Mona's is always a good time. However, my last time there, I called to say I was going to be a few mins late (5 mins) and my table wasn't saved. Plus I had less people in my party. We weren't accommodated until almost 45 mins later. I was NOT happy as this was a birthday surprise for my Fiancé. But nevertheless, when it was all said and done, we had a blast, and in spite of this mishap, we will definitely be back.

The pianist Debo Dabney is outstanding! It sets the tone for the place and keeps the good vibes going all night long. 5 stars!
