The Mona Lisa Fondue Restaurant offers an upscale, intimate dining experience in the heart of historical Manitou Springs where guests enjoy a 4-course fondue dinner, along with wine, beer and cocktails in a uniquely decorated and arranged space. Our signature 4-course dinner includes:
1st - Choice of seasonal, garden or Caesar salad
2nd - Cheese fondue served with artisanal bread and fresh fruits and vegetables
3rd - Choice of entree platters including seafood, wild game, vegetarian or traditional prepared on a table-top Raclette grill
4th - Choice of chocolate dessert fondue with options of flavored liqueur, flaming turtle, cookies and cream, salted caramel and more

We visited Mona Lisa for my friend's birthday, which I noted in the reservation. We were warmly greeted by reception with a "happy birthday." It was uncomfortably warm in the restaurant the entire time we were there. We mentioned the warm temperature to our server and were told "there's a lot of cooking going on in here right now." I've been to many other restaurants where cooking at tables occurs and have never been this hot due to the table cooking- those restaurants account for that and maintain comfortable environments for their guests. The sommelier was fabulous. We ordered the old world fondue and the traditional meat entree to share. Both selections were extremely small, and both were just "okay" in quality, nothing to write home about. Our bill was about $90 for 5-6 bites of meat, a few dips of fondue, a beer and a glass of wine. Although our server was friendly and got us everything we ordered, she never acknowledged my friend's birthday. A table nearby by also celebrated a birthday and received a special birthday gift from their server- my friend did not and felt a little bummed. Birthday issue aside, this is not a place I will go back to for a meal.

If you haven't tried this place , you have to at least once!! We have been coming for years! It's amazing and the staff i would give more than 10 outta 10 stars!!

We did a La carte old world cheese fondue followed by standard milk chocolate. Cheese was delicious, loved the locally baked bread. Not a fan of the veggie options - broccoli cauliflower and carrot - as much. We would’ve enjoyed more fruit options, but overall delicious. The chocolate was perfect. Service was delivered with a smile but a little slow at times. If we make it back to this area, we will definitely make Mona Lisa one of our first stops!!!

We came to celebrate our 40th anniversary and had a wonderful meal and our Server Jasmine made some excellent recommendations that were really appreciated and yummy! She added a little raspberry to the chocolate martini!! Yummy!!

Worst meal ever. Meat so tough you couldn’t chew. Vegetables old and spongy. Waited over an hour between courses. Meats not fondue, you grill on a smoky old table grill that did not fit the burner so hot grease splattered all over you. Waiter and management very unconcerned. If you order a cocktail it comes from the basement and took 45 minutes to get. Avoid this place!!

Food was excellent, nicely displayed for us to cook. Wait staff absolutely wonderful, friendly, professional as well as incredibly helpful and welcoming. It was our anniversary, had nice wine and great meal. Only complaint, as odd as it seems, it was too much food for us : ) Thank you Mona Lisa.
