Mohawk Bend Ratings and Reviews
We can't wait to go back! The food was amazing! The party next to us had the pepperoni pizza (vegan) and I haven't stopped thinking about it. I can't wait to go back and try it. We did the chili cheese fries, potato pizza and a Mediterranean platter. The service and food were both spectacular. We sat on the patio, so I didn't go inside. My boyfriend did and loved to have learned the history of the building. It made our lunch even better. Check it out!
Great atmosphere, especially in the back by the fireplace. Attentive and friendly servers. Amazing food. The impossible burger blew me away. I love that they still use Follow Your Heart on their vegan pizzas, as well as the Kite Hill vegan ricotta. A unique and delicious pizza. And a great film photo booth. Hard to beat.
This is a good place for a combination of vegan and non-vegan options. The food was pretty good and fairly priced. The waiter messed up our order and then overcharged us and when we called back to remedy, the rep was a bit snarky so that was a bit annoying, but I'd go back again.
Love Mohawk Bend! It looks like a theater from the outside, which is very charming. When you step inside, it's a super cute (and spacious) restaurant with tons of options for any diet. The happy hour has great food and drink specials as well. Fun atmosphere and delicious food!
Recommended by our local business associate for a meal & document signing. Fried avocado is unique & very good. Great selection of beers, ciders, house specialty drinks & even house-made colas. Turkey Cubano was an authentic Cubano with a nice twist. After lunch coffee was excellent. Looked & smelled intense, but was extremely smooth. Good find. Will be returning.
The bacon + cheese breakfast burrito seemed to be missing the bacon + the cheese! My husband had the same thing with the same issue. It comes with a thimble size salsa verde so hopefully you don't really want salsa with it.
My friend had the tofu scramble which was ultra salty, he told the waitress + she said she'd let the chef know. Okay thanks for leaving us with the salty dish.
Finally my son had the French toast which was bland.
We won't be coming back unless it's only for beer, not food.
Great spot with a unique interior. Make sure to ask to be seated in the back room. Lots of natural lights and incredibly interesting decor. Food was good but nothing mind-blowing. Definitely nothing to complain about. Jessica was a fantastically eccentric server. Put this place down on your list!
Always love Mohawk Bend for their amazing mix of vegan and non vegan options. This is my go-to place for mixed groups with tricky diets. Their pizzas are exceptional. Also love their smores. For breakfast we had the Elvis French toast which was huge and awesome.
We came here for a Sunday night dinner while entertaining friends from out of town.
The back dining area is beautiful!! It's intimate yet still bustling with energy. The drink menu is very impressive with over 70+ beer options and cocktails for every palate. Some menu items also donate proceeds to local charities.
This is not a bad find if you are wandering around Silver Lake and need to stop by for a feed. The coffee is terrible. Just stick with the wines and beers. The Buffalo cauliflower that is supposed to be the signature is highly disappointing - it came out all soggy and was basically just steamed cauliflower sprinkled with some spices - could have done with some draining and maybe thrown under a grill for a few minutes before serving with the dressing. Burger was ok.
