The food was very good. The restaurant was short of staff.
We have been going to Mirabelle for years, and our last two visits have been a little disappointing. First, the prices have increased (as have many restaurants) while the portions are a little less. The most disappointing is now you have to pay for bread that was always complimentary. We are hoping that as time goes on and things get better so will the restaurant. Overall we had a lovely time, our waiter was wonderful, efficient and very professional, but it just isn't what it used to be.
It was good , however they forgot (i guess because it was busy ) to mention we were celebrating a birthday .
Wait staff inexperienced. Very slow . Place was not crowded, and they lacked attention to service. Place was sleepy
Amazing dining experience, the duck entree was delicious, according to the manager it is new to the menu. And the blueberry cosmo was a perfect compliment. If I lived closer I would definitely frequent this restaurant more!
Good sourdough bread to start off with cocktails. Salads fine, bass filet main and spaghetti carbonara flavorful. Service friendly and efficient. Will retain
my husband and I and 2 of our friends have been here several times over the years and have never been as disappointed as we were last evening. The menu was very sparse to other times ,where the selection had always been great. My friend order the fish special and said it was okay ,but had been better. My duck was a little over done but again okay. My husbands dinner special of a pork stew was dry and and not moist in anyway. We asked to speak to a manager who was very sorry to hear this and got another order of the pork stew for him. This was not much better but was able to eat some of it. The desert of filled ice cream cream puffs was good and so was the cappuccino coffee. We had made the reservations to sit in the dinning room and was informed when we got there that a private party had been booked. The bar area was okay but after awhile it became very noisy . Our waitress Kate was very pleasant and and the manager Raemarie went out of her way to assist my husband with the food problem so that she even removed the charge from our bill. I hope in time they extend the menu a little more , will have to check next time before we go back . Not sure at this time if I would consider recommending going here for now.
Hamburger was awful
Tavern food at it’s best! Burgers, fish and chips and lobster roll, all delicious! Peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream was fantastic!!!
great food great service — what find!
Food was horrible. The charcuterie plate included some mortadella from Stop &Shop.
The main dish was not warm and poorly made.
Food was delicious, however service is not as attentive: our food arrived but we did not have utensils, also my dish had clams, but there was no plate for shells. This is not a big deal, however one could expect this kind of attention to details from the dinning experience in the restaurant of this magnitude.
Beautifully delicious evening! We have been to Mirabelle Tavern occasionally over the years and each time it doesn't disappoint. The venue is so beautiful and romantic. I didn't have high expectations for my Duck Duo because usually when I order duck it is underwhelming. However, this dish was ridiculously delicious and probably the best duck I ever had. Hubby ordered a steak special and while it looked like your basic 'steak, potatoes & broccoli' it tasted incredible and had quite and original flavor that was fantastic. Our server was so sweet and attentive which surprised us considering all the complaints about low staff in restaurants these days. Looking forward to our next visit!
Lunch was expensive but tasty. Service was really slow. We were a party of 6 and were there for 1.5 hours and there were only 2 other diners there.
There was a wedding going on and the guests crowded around the table where restaurant patrons were eating outside. The price is reasonable for a restaurant of this caliber, but who charges for bread?
Another enjoyable meal @ Mirabelle Tavern. Food is always creative and reflective of "pub-style" French fare. The food, together with the ambiance of the Tavern, made for a relaxing and memorable evening.
This is a very very sentimental place for our family. Many of my siblings worked here in the past we also had a rehearsal dinner here. We were the only diners inside and the service was disappointing. The lunch menu was very small my mom had sliders that were so dry she could not eat them. My fish anwe not cooked enough. We did not bother speaking u
Excellent from the service to the food. Great meal!
A wonderful menu and interesting specials, Mirabelle Restaurant and Tavern at the Three Village Inn is an excellent place for a great meal in pleasant surroundings.
Although our reservation was not a special occasion it was a very nice time. Todd, our waiter, was very informative and timely in both service and responses to our questions. The food was very good and both my wife and I would order what we had again. The recommendations that Todd made all hit the mark and were 5 star. We would definitely go back again.
The evening was okay ... the duck well prepared but the other dishes not as great as usual - service however as always excellent.
Good to finally be out and about
Good food, nice setting
I enjoyed our quiet dinner. The food was great. Staff were very friendly. The place was nice. A little in the pricey side if you ask me. But all in all, I’d dine there again :)
The Sunday Brunch menu was diverse and the food was delicious and plentiful. We chose to do the Build Your Own Mimosas for our drinks, and were given 4 choices of juices to mix with our Prosecco. Wait service was outstanding.....we will definitely come back in the future.
We had a wonderful lunch sitting outside in the gardens. It is always a nice experience here as the food and service is always excellent!
Always good food. Hate to leave a review based mainly on service when industries are having a hard time finding staff however there was service staff everywhere. Brunch took an hour from the time it was ordered to come in a largely empty restaurant. After being done our server walked by and looked at the empty plates on our table 4 times over 10+!minutes before I had to verbally ask for a check. (As did several other staff, all not busy just trying to avoid clearing a table). Asking for the check wasn’t enough of a clue to clear the table, the check was brought and table never cleared. Having worked in the industry many years, staff needs training when you are paying these prices for food.
Our favorite restaurant. It was my birthday celebration. Good was amazing. Especially the Duck v
We dined outside and it was awesome experience. We love this place and the staff is very attentive
In short, the location, food and service were excellent.
Great food, great wine, our wait for a table was lengthy and confusing as their were only 3 other tables with diners in the tavern. We couldn’t figure out why we had that delay. We are regulars and that glitch would not keep us away in the future!
The food was really not that good the fish was not tasty and the veganburger was not well received pretty awful. The octopus was tough and chewy the salad was at best far with a tasteless dressing and overall you often think how you can cook better at home. The bass dish was really disappointing some weird tomatoes poolay underpinning I would have given it 2 stars but the eggs benedict was ok - the sauce on that was not made correctly so I actually thought they had a new cook. If you go get a steak tell them to turn off the hip hop punk rock and play some French provincial music its supposed to be a French restaurant - oh contraire surely you jest.
Everything was perfect.
We had a beautiful day and a wonderful time. The staff were attentive and the food was outstanding. We will definitely be back.
Booked on open table. Does not mention tasting menu must be booked ahead of time.
Got to restaurant, horrible service. Never followed up. At least 1 hour until we got first course and it was not overly busy. No checking on the table or apology. Received wrong dinner after a long wait which was made right by management
Service was abysmal, will not return for tasting menu.
Unexpected and wonderful experience. I went on Yelp to find a highly rated 4+ star restaurant. Had a group of colleagues that were not from Long Island and didn’t know the area. Yelp helped us find this place and then we made reservations for 6 people within 30mn window of arrival. The food was delicious from the tavern burger, to the oysters and halibut! Wine list terrific and cocktails delicious!!! Service was excellent and friendly and welcoming! We sat outside and the ambience was perfect! Right near the water with boats!
Food was very good , a little upset they ran out of grilled octopus but other than that everything was on point.
Mothers day brunch - severely understaffed in the kitchen , apps came out 1 hour after seated and brunch another hour after that, , the check came to our table extremely fast , if you have 3 hours for brunch there you go but eat something before you come because you will be waiting a very looooooong time for your food
Sorry we booked this place, never again
