Tasting menu is highly recommended... and served with much larger portions than you expect on a tasting. Come hungry or you won’t get through it.

I’ve dined at this restaurant many times in the past and have always had an excellent experience. However it appears that management has recently replaced the wines on the chef’s tasting menu with vastly inferior (cheap) alternatives which do not live up to the promise nor the expectations of this restaurant. For example, in the past the first course of caviar was paired with Henriot Rose Champaign ($80 bottle) - now the course is paired with Tattinger brute ($40/bottle). For Michael Mina to serve Dr Loosen Riesling with their meal is insulting to customers who pay to be exposed to great wines as part of the chef’s tasting menu. Additionally the caviar course is no longer included in the meal but must be purchased as an add-on at an additional cost. This restaurant was never a great value; however these changes made me feel that the high cost of eating here was no longer justified.

I cannot say enough about this restaurant ... our server, Paul, was simply over the top! Attentive, very knowledgeable about the food and wine pairings, but his take on timing for the tasting menu was impeccable! The food was superb, the restaurant had a really good vibe, we weren't rushed, we were able to savor each course of the tasting menu and were also able to customize one of the items to our preference in plenty of time for our 9:30 show.

Superb food- Tuna Tartare is the best I’ve ever had, beautifully prepared with addition of just enough accompanied spice
Arctic Char was amazing.
Waiter was well versed in the restaurant’s lore and the prep of the food, and genuinely interesting to talk to.

Food was great, as always. Could not expect anything better. Even the dessert was perfect. Tuna tartar = 10, Miso Cod = 10and Lobster Pot pie was also a 10. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful setting with stupendous fresh fish presentations. Lobster pot pie not to be missed. Great service and presentations. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more attentive. Love a refined restaurant that can still be unpretentious. Great wine list and suggestions.

The service and food was incredible. We started with 3 dips, hummus, olive tapenade and yogurt dip with homemade pita that was very tasty. We then shared the Tuna tartare and Hamachi that was incredible and finally we shared the Kona Kampachi. The preparation was the best we ever had and it was extremely tasty. Our service was great. If you want great fish, we highly recommend Michael Mina’s at the Bellagio.

The wait staff was on top of it! It was the best service I have experienced. The food was also amazing, my fiancé had the steak and whiskey drink, I had the miso sea bass, passion from a far drink, and we split the corn soup. Everything was cooked perfect and was delicious

This was our third trip to Michael Mina. The service and food was outstanding. Best fish I’ve ever had! Try the Kona Kampachi you will be so glad you did. Also have the lemon tart!

Everything was absolutely exceptional! Was celebrating a new grad from dental school and it could not have been a better way to end our night. The dinning experience was sensational and will be a place to return in the future! Can not wait to go back and try his other restaurants!

Wonderful! Wonderful! I had the vegetarian tasting menu and my husband had the other. Overall, great! The standout was the eggplant on the vegetatiarian menu. Prepared with miso, it was unique and fantastic! All of the other dishes were good to great except the dessert which was BAD. We noticed the tables around us agreed - mango “tart” was dry and weirdly spiced.

This was our second time and Michael Mina and expected it to be perfect for our group 5. They are known for impeccable service and perfectly cooked seafood and beautiful presented plating. Our first dining experience was nothing but 5 stars. This time things fell apart with extremely long lags of service and my over cooked and monochromatic “Ginger and Scallion” Arctic Char from the market menu. Since we had waited for a lengthy time to receive our main course and our waiter disappeared for at least 15 minutes, I never gave mention of my meal.
We will give it another try when we are in town, but will specify not to be seated in the same location.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here. We decided on the tasting menu which I highly recommend. The highs were the tuna tartar and the sole and the low was the dessert and while not exactly low, also not our favorite was the lobster pot pie which I was actually looking forward to the most. My husband who barely eats sushi devoured the tuna as well as the foie gras and everything in between. The service was amazing, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly and anticipated our every need. They surprised us with an anniversary card and champagne which was very tasty. The cocktails were very good too made with natural juices and perfectly portioned. We knew that it would be an expensive endeavor, but since it was a special occasion we splurged. It will live in our memories for a very long time and I will definitely be looking for another Michael Mina brand restaurant at home and in my travels. Awesome meal, service, and atmosphere. Kudos!

Our 2nd visit to MM in the Bellagio hotel-we experienced a new environment and menu. We enjoyed the tasting menu with wine pairing. Everything except dessert was spectacular - flavor, texture, presentation and portions were quite good.
