The underneath entrance is at the Main North Hills' entrance just off of Six Forks Road. You may then take the elevator up to the lobby of the Renaissance Hotel and work over to our location. This is a great option if the weather is inclement.
You third option is valet in-front of the restaurant at the Renaissance hotel adjacent to us.

Great consistent food with exceptional service. We brought a member of our family who is wheel chair bound - everything was very accessible. We pulled up and unloaded in front of the hotel - flat curb. No bump to go over to get in the door. No rugs in the way. Great experience for those in a wheelchair.
Food is always good, but pricey. service was quick and friendly. Desserts are wonderful but again very pricey for the portion size.
Food was good. Decor and ambience very old fashioned and dismal.
Beat brunch I’ve had in a while. The main breakfast dishes were amazing and my mimosa, bruschetta, and crime brûlée were perfection! Made for a great “date brunch” scene! Willl be back!
Took a group of 10 on a business trip and had a great evening. The staff is awesome, very friendly, very attentive. I had caprese and chicken piccata. The chicken was excellent but caprese really needed balsamic.overall everyone enjoyed the food and fun time. We will be back next time we are in Raleigh.
service was really slow we spent 2 and 1/2 hours was am awful experience never come back
Restaurant week experience. Food delicious. Good waiter and service. Parking is always a problem at north hills but valet is available
Participated in the first North Hills Restaurant Week and attended with my husband. We’ve dined at Mia Francesca’s several times before and this was a similar experience: quiet, pleasant, and an overall enjoyable time! Our meals were delicious and the staff was friendly, as always.
We just rediscovered Mia Francessa after having a mediocre meal years ago. So glad we gave it another visit. The service was professional yet personable and the salmon and warm lentil salad, ceasar salad and shrimp were outstanding. I always enjoyed Mia Francesa in Naplerville whenever in Chicago and feel the existing staff hold their own. Raleigh is lucky to have this restaurant! A great lunch for business or a romantic dinner on the patio.
Outstanding wonderful, especially our server as she coul not have been more pleasant or delightful!!!
When in the area again, we shall return.....
Honestly a little disappointed.... just moved to Raleigh from NY so my standards for Italian food are high. Have yet to find great Italian food in Raleigh..... this place has nice ambiance and friendly, attentive staff. It’s worth a try.
Great food and service. Price was reasonable for quality. I escorted co-workers from UK and they really enjoyed it.
Enjoyed the North Hills Restaurant Week. Lunch was delicious and will definitely be back.
Great service from the staff. We also liked the location and environment but the food was only so-so.
Special occasion for a party of nine. Nothing more could be done to make us feel welcome and special. Great food, service and seating. Thanks, Mia Francesca, we now have a spot for a once a month 'get together' club! Please keep the salmon and those divine potatoes on the menu and you will have a friend for life!
Went for Lasagna special promotion. Food and service were exceptional.
Enjoyed Sunday lunch but had lots of breakfast dishes on menu which was appreciated. Lasagna was wonderful.
Went to Mia Francesca with 2 friends for Sunday brunch. We had 4 Mimosas but were all charged for 5. The service was so bad it wasn't worth the $2 to wait for them to change it. We waited 10-15 minutes every time we ordered a drink as we watched our waiter chit chat with the manager and other servers for minutes before he decided to go make them (we had a view of the bar), mind you the restaurant was half empty and not remotely busy, perhaps this was a pre-cursor to what our experience would be like. Ordered the eggs Benedict which was overcooked and came out cold as well. Not once while we were eating did our server come see how anything was, we had to flag him over just to get another mimosa. Would not recommend this spot.
Food was FANTASTIC! A favorite restaurant of ours. Our server Dawn was very attentive and when my filet was slightly undercooked, she happily took it to the kitchen to cook longer. It came back just the way I wanted! Delicious!
An excellent and truly enjoyable meal. Will be back!
Very slow service. Took 20 minutes to get a server to the table. Then another 15 minutes for someone to take our dinner order. Food was good. Service was slow
Bar tender was great, ate at the bar, great wine list!
I always enjoy my meal at Mia Francesca's but recently decided to participate in the Sunday Spaghetti event and was terribly disappointed. The food was good, but portions were disgustingly small. When we inquired about it, the customer service shown was non-existent to say the least. The profit margin on pasta is pretty high in general so surely they can spare some more spaghetti in those family style bowls and more than 2 small meatballs a person. I would not return for a Spaghetti Sunday but would return another night for a meal.
Our waiter was really on his toes. Everything was great!
Pleasantly surprised how good this Italian food was! Wonderful flavors of garlic. Just the right amount of sauce on on perfectly cooked pasta. Great job chef.
In Raleigh for weekend we tried this place on reviews. We loved the food! What a delicious meal. The service was fantastic after dining in we sat outside for drinks and we all went back to NY saying what a great meal we all had. Recommend the herb chicken out of this world delicious!
Loved this restaurant a lot. Definitely a must go.
Have been to your holiday special buffets 3 or 4 times now. First time was wonderful and great selections and great service. Each time since both the all around quality and quantity of selections have diminished. Yesterday was the worse. Husband did say that prime rib and chicken dishes were good. Dirty dishes stayed on table forever even though server passed by our table multiple times and never stopped to pick them up. When coffee was served it was practically thrown at us and not placed on my proper side. Drinks we ordered were very good but mine was definitely not a Southern Comfort Manhattan and definitely overpriced. Server never told us about the Fathers Day special you were offering of free Mimosa or Bloody Mary for Dad. Overheard another table from another server after we had ordered our drinks which took forever to come to table. Took forever for server to come and acknowledge our presence once we were seated and it was definitely NOT busy at 12:15. Each time we passed buffet table there were several slices of bacon on floor which should have been picked up immediately. Can't tell me no server noticed them. Could have caused a terrible accident if one slipped on them with plates of food in their hands. I'm not sure I can give you folks another shot. Feel bad because the area has many restaurants to choose from but husband loves to have special holiday buffet style offerings and not too many do it for the holidays. Please try to up your game. Appreciated the $10 off for Father's Day but still spent over $100 to be disappointed.
The experience overall was wonderful. Good service, great food.
We went for Father's Day and I was disappointed by the overall experience. The food was very good - but this was more around the service we received - or didn't receive. We were greeted by our server - however she did not wish the Dad's at the table Happy Father's Day - nor did she share the free mimosa/bloody mary special. After we ordered our drinks - when she finally came back to deliver them - I asked about the $12 bottomless mimosa special. She indicted that they do not do that anymore and mimosa's were $7/each. I was shocked - especially given one of the reasons I chose this spot was for the drink special. We also noticed that on the chalk board in front of the restaurant it said $2 mimosa's on Sunday - however, that was false advertising - given that was not the case either. Our server was not attentive and did not make us feel welcome or special. We love brunch however, we won't be back to MF based on this experience.
I've said before that they have the best chicken parm I've ever had, but this time I didn't even want to keep eating it. It was a bit tough, and not much flavor. Great bread, but the dipping oil was a little spicy. Our server was not very attentive, and had to ask 3 times to bring more tea, even after we got our check, like he thought we would just leave since we paid. He didn't have a very attitude and almost seemed like we were bothering him, as he wouldn't even look at us when he came right next to us to take other orders.
The ambiance was great, we ate outside where they had fans blowing and nice lighting. Unfortunately there was a service truck right beside us for about 90% of our meal, but it was nice when it finally left. Love people watching while sitting outside.
The food was very mediocre. There are much better Italian restaurants in north Raleigh.
Really great food and excellent service. Parking is readily available.
Took my niece and 8 others for dinner after graduation. Food was what I would call GENERIC. Everyone ordered a salad but no crackers or bread on the table. Three different people asked if bread would be served. Finally received the bread after third request. We have eaten some better dishes from Costco. Sorry but cannot recommend and will not be going back. My wife and I dine out 5-6 days a week all year so we know what is good and not so good.
The Salmone alla Fresca was delicious!!!!!!!!! Would definitely recommend restaurant to friends. Would love to have that dish again sometimes.
The food is always good but serving size was extremely small compared to other times we have dined here. I order the special (which I don't normally do) but it was not worth the price based on the serving size that I received.
I went there for restaurant week so the three-course meal was incredible as a value. However even without the discount the meal was exceptional. The salad was topped with fresh salad dressing and did not taste like the factory greens you typically get. The salmon was a unique twist on a healthy dish that used fresh and healthy ingredientsTo make it even more tasty.
We went for lunch on a Sunday. Waiter was overwhelmed with a large table so we didn’t get personal service. Food was good as always but the portions were smaller than normal. We enjoy the food and ambiance. Hopefully the service will be improved next time.
Very Good Food, Price and Service overall. The ambiance was great and location is perfect.
Had an amazing time and the food was to die for.
