   We love Mere Bulles and typically have a wonderful meal with great service. Unfortunately, when we took friends on Friday night the service was terrible. Our friends had never been there before and we had told them how much we enjoyed it. I don’t think the service issue was the fault of our waiter. I’m not really sure what happened. The drinks and appetizers came right away but the salads didn’t come for about 45 minutes after that. The waiter noticed that the salads hadn’t been served and the manager came over and apologized and comped them. Then we waited again for the entrees. We have never had an experience like this at Mere Bulles and I am hoping it was just an off night.

   We celebrated our anniversary dinner at Mere Bulles and it did not disappoint! Hostess greeted us with a friendly “Happy Anniversary” and they had a Happy Anniversary sign already at our table. The friendly and attentive staff made sure our water glasses stayed full and the dishes were removed promptly as needed. Food was excellent. My husband had the sea bass special and I had the shrimp and grits. Both were excellent. We also had the crab cakes appetizer and shared a cup of she-crab bisque which were both delicious. They gifted us a dessert of our choice for our anniversary and we went with the crème brûlée, which was amazing! Highly recommend & we will return!

   I've always loved Mere Bulles Sunday Brunch. I took the family for a special occasion but it didn't turn out well. We weren't offered a high chair so I assume they don't have them. Our youngest (2 years) fell out of her chair twice and was torn up crying. We left after 20 minutes and never got to enjoy the buffet. The food is normally excellent so I was disappointed we didn't get to try it. I recommend not bringing young kids if you go.

   Barely saw a waitress. Prime rib was cold at a premium price of $55. Just a bad birthday experience.

   The food was outstanding and the service was fantastic! Weather permitting, I’d also recommend taking advantage of the outdoor seating!

    The service was brutal and our waiter was new and was really struggling. We waited for over 25 minutes to get our 1st drink and then he never came back to check on us. Very disappointing considering the prices at this place.
