Mere Bulles reminds you of what was once the grand manor house of Maryland Farms. In Spring and Summer, relax in our bright, cheerful Indoor Patio with its floor to ceiling windows. Surrounded by majestic old maple trees, the outdoor patio is the place to be when the weather permits. In Fall and Winter, cozy up to the fireplace for a great meal in The Living Room.     The wonderful food they are known for was on display. We enjoyed the omelette station & eggs Benedict. Service was a perfect mix of attentive but not hovering. Tennessee showed off beautiful weather making our outdoor seating absolutely the right choice.

    We went to the brunch this past Sunday around 10:45. We were greeted by a not so welcoming hostess who was rude and distracted. Otherwise, our server was pleasant and a good variety of food was available for buffet. I expected more from such an establishment. We had a better dinner experience in the past.

    We’ve been here several time and always enjoyed it. Last night we brought my parents and brother. The food was superb, and there are always great choices. Unfortunately, our server - who was very nice - did not either have the skills or the time to provide the service that is expected at a restaurant of this caliber. It was a very busy evening, so maybe staffing was inadequate. This will cause us to consider alternatives when we are next in Nashville.

    Mere Bulles is consistent with their food--delicious! The service didn't live up to its usual, though, with 1 of the 4 plates arriving after the other 3 and one side item totally forgotten until we reminded server. The room was very, very noisy, too! The menu has also changed and some favorite items removed. :( But all in all, excellent...just need to work on service for now; guessing nothing can be done about the noise level...and we were there and gone by 7 pm on a Thursday night.

    We visit often but this was one of our best visits. The food was great, the service was outstanding, and went earlier enough that the crowd was light. Mason, our server was very attentive with refills and keeping our table clean. Really enjoyed our visit!

    Service was great. The Sea Bass and Crab Bisque were also very good. One entree was returned due to overcooking. The manager made it right by picking up the meal, and provided us with another choice. We’ll definitely stop back.

    The best lunch spot in Brentwood. Especially with the renovated patio area. Our food was delicious, but our server, while very sweet, was pretty inattentive. We were there for almost 2 hours and our water glasses were never refilled, despite being empty for the last hour. And we were ready for our checks before our 2nd glasses of wine arrived. But I know that’s not the norm here and we’ll definitely be back. I love how they’ve made efforts this year to bring it more up to date, with the lounge up front and the incredible outdoor area out back. Despite living just a few minutes away, we tend to forget about Mere Bulles, but it’s always a good idea when we remember.

    Great place for a business lunch! Service is awesome with plenty of options for picky eaters. I had the spinach salad with goat cheese and soup. Both were really good. Client had the panko crusted chicken which she “craves.”

    We went for our anniversary dinner and I had the swordfish and orzo and it was DELICIOUS! My husband had the lobster roll and his was DELICIOUS as well! Service was great, restaurant was clean and the view from our table was great! Highly recommend for a nice, romantic dinner.

    Chilean Bass was out of this world and my Mother’s Shrimp & Grits were simply marvelous!! Our server, Michael, was courteous and prompt. General Manager Kevin and his staff generate an inviting and comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the wonderful delicacies this establishment has to offer.     We were seated and the two servers in our area came and went four times each before they ever approached our table. Even a welcome, we’ll be with you in a few minutes would have been appreciated. Once the waitress did come she was very attentive. The lack of food on the buffet was very disappointing. Many of the breakfast items were completely empty to the point we got different food. Eventually we asked the hostess and she went to fill them up. Not sure if they just had more guests than they were prepared to handle but it was a very disappointing experience especially for the price.

    We ate at Mere Bulles for Sunday brunch on a recommendation of a friend and we’re not disappointed! Great ambience and beautiful outdoor patio, which is where we sat. Plenty of shade and umbrellas to eat comfortably even on a warm day. The brunch buffet was fast and delicious! Tons of variety, and everything was fresh at homemade. The fried chicken and cheesy grits were amazing as well as the house special dish of green beans with beef. Chocolate fondue fountain is a fun and unique touch. We wouldn’t normally choose to eat at a buffet, but this was definitely an exception! Would highly recommend for weekend brunch or romantic dinner!

    It’s a little pricey but not exorbitant. Food was good but not stellar. Service was pretty good overall although it waned a little towards the end. We did have to wait for our table 10 minutes or so but not terrible as they have a nice lounge in the bar area. Menu has a nice variety. I’m sure I’ll be back because it is a fairly unique ambiance and one of only a few nice places in Brentwood, Maryland Farms.

    Food was very good, but service was a problem because there was also a party. So the kitchen had trouble preparing food for restaurant customers at the same time as the party.

    Brunch was AMAZING! We went for my birthday, and they gave us a special table by the window. It was beautiful. The food was delicious and plentiful. I didn't even try half of what was offered because there was so much to choose from. I particularly loved the crepe station. I love watching them being made right in front of you! I would recommend this to anyone and look forward to coming back soon.

    We had a great time at brunch on Sunday at Mere Bulles with a party of seven. Wonderful food, George was a great server and the hostesses were excellent. We had two small children with us and wanted to move our table from upstairs to downstairs and it was no problem despite the fact they were pretty busy. We were celebrating two birthdays and I'm sure we will go back again.
