   Mercury is a favorite of ours as we know we can get a consistently good steak there. The tenderloin bruschetta was delicious as well as my surf and turf meal with potato’s. The waitstaff was excellent. My fiancé is a fan of the pepper crusted filet.

   Dined here again for an Anniversary Dinner, as usual it was over the top, not only the food but service as well. Enjoyed Lamb chops, lobster ravioli, and the Chop salad. Mike is probably the best waiter we have ever experienced, almost stealth, but there when you need him, made great suggestions for wine and dinner options.

   The atmosphere and service is outstanding. However the quality of food is horrible. This is my 4th time eating at this restaurant in Fort. When it comes to the quality of food, the quality is no longer there. There were barely anyone customers in the restaurant tonight, and apparently this is normal for the Fort Worth restaurant. That's not good at all. I spent over $180 to not enjoy any of my food tonight 29 March, 2025, at 7:30pm. I'm not asking for a refund just need to find out what is going on with the food quality.

   The food and service at Mercury Chophouse are always excellent. Mike is amazing and always makes us feel welcome and valued as guests. The perfect place to eat before attending the Bass!

   Food quality was good. Server was in a rush and forgot to add both an appetizer and salad to our order. They were more concerned with turning table over than providing quality service. We were there on a Saturday night and it was not busy so there is no reason for that

   Service was excellent and the off the menu special was amazing (swordfish topped with Cajun shrimp).

    I really don’t want to share because this place is such a gem. Downtown, where steakhouses abound this is a quiet, shining star. The service is phenomenal and the staff truly seem to enjoy making your experience memorable. The food. The food is just incredible. Husband and I both ordered specials. He had the filet with lobster ravioli and I had the rack of lamb. Melt in your mouth. Sister had the braised lamb shank which is so rare to find. I won’t go on and on but I will go back again and again.
