    Fabulous food, fabulous service and wonderful atmosphere! Ashley took excellent care of us, answering questions about the menu and telling us about the specials. Our wine bottle was brought promptly and opened expertly. The menu had a variety of items to choose from and I settled on the lamb shank while my husband opted for a spicy sausage and pasta dish. As this was date night, we didn’t realize the meal was taking a bit longer than usual, until Morgan (the manager) approached our table, introduced herself and advised us of the delay. Morgan was professional, apologetic for the delay and extremely friendly. We let her know it was no trouble at all, as my husband and I were engaged in conversation. When our food arrived, it was well worth the wait!! The lamb fell off the bone and was served with the creamiest potatoes I’ve ever eaten. The vegetable medley served with the dish complimented the lamb perfectly (as did the fabulous Chianti we ordered for our date night). The atmosphere was lively, and the place was crowded, as one would expect on a Saturday night. Fabulous place to dine out with excellent food and top notch service. This is a true local gem!!

    This is the second time in one week we ate at Melt both times the door and service were excellent Lauren was outstanding as well as Jose. However both times the hostesses are not very welcoming . That is the first encounter customers have I would have to give them 0 stars. Need more welcoming personalities when entering . We also feel the lighting could be improved in the dinning area.

    We have eaten at Melt many times over the last 9-years, but now not as often as in the past as the service and food has been hit or miss. Menu hasn't changed much in that time period, somewhat stale and there are a lot more options for restaurants in the area now. This last time the service was outstanding, Laure did a great job. The food was good, what disappointed us was a new policy for the restaurant regarding substitutions. In the past we were able to swop out alternate sides from what was being offered on the menu with no issues and no up-charge. While they still allow this, now the restaurant will charge you more for changing a side versus what is offered on the menu. So for a stand piece of Salmon, we ended up paying the price for the fish special - we were not told there would be any type of up-charge for changing the dish. Unfortunately, another disappointment for us at Melt.

    Server was great. For some reason the pizzas were under whelming not as crispy as usual. The pasta dish was excellent and the salads. The wine by the glass is grossly over priced for such a small pour.

    Everything our party of 4 had was delicious. Wait staff was friendly and helpful. We all wished there was a Melt closer to our homes. Intending to be back!
