First time visiting and loved it. The food was amazing.
Service was slow. We had to wait a lot. Server was nice but was real slow on getting back to us. Food was ok.
This restaurant is fantastic. Our waitress was great! The food was wonderful! The drinks were amazing! The dessert…. Well it’s simply the best! We took our kids to this dinner and we’re so happy with the experience!! I would highly recommend!
Chocolate martini was amazing. My banana waffles was delicious. One downside was the person who accompanied me ordered a chicken panini and it was burnt.
Good food, great desserts. I don’t consume alcohol therefore I can not comment on drinks.
I was excited to go but would not go back. It was an average experience nothing special. Sorry. I wish it was!
I have to start off with the service was excellent. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. I think they're still digging out of the lockdown as the menu was limited and the presentation not as grandiose as it was before. But the food was still good. I would go back in hopes that they have been able to improve the menu.
If they could add something gluten free to the menu that would be great!
Quick service , fun atmosphere with great food
The deserts were realllyyyy good! But, my steak was a little to medium for me and a little to salty. We had a great waitress, she was amazing. We’ll definitely be back.
Great atmosphere and enjoyable meals for families
Willy Wonka has nothing on you!
We were rushed and told we couldn’t get a refill on our soda as the kitchen was closing. The kitchen has nothing to do with getting a refill on fountain soda which comes from the bar. Secondly it was freezing cold, like uncomfortably cold in the restaurant. The server want the friendliest either. The food, I would compare that to cafeteria food from when I was in elementary and middle school. It was horrible. Maybe the cook was sleepy. I understand that we had a later reservation however that’s no excuse for nasty food. Every customer should feel welcome to dine their and get good food no matter what hour of the day it is. If the restaurant is open then the food should be up to par. We were also celebrating our anniversary and although it was on the reservation occasion, no one very uttered a single word about it.
Engaged MB to take 8 yo nephew. I could not find a way to enjoy myself. It didn’t appeal to me as much as I enjoyed watching my nephew indulge.
I’d been some 3 years ago and hit choco martini and dessert. That martini was delicious. The one we ordered yesterday was gross. They were choco milk thick with little added vodka. And came in a rag time style shirt squat champagne glasses. When I balked at not having a martini glass the waitress dismissed me with something like we don’t have any available. $26 down the damned toilet. Neither of us finished our cocktails. Disgusting...
Two thumbs up for our Sunday afternoon lunch. Reservations made and were seated on time. Server was attentive and offered great recommendations. Ordered light so we could have the fondue dessert. Amazing and fun! Don't skip it on your visit - *side note the B.A.R.T sandwich and cheesesteak on a waffle got raving reviews from our table.
Great place to go food was good. The staff was very nice. Had some good good selection
Everything was perfect! Great and fun time, food and service excellent
It was very nice restaurant, great service, delicious food.
My burger was beyond delicious, seasoned with wonderful flavors! Yum! And the highlight of the evening was making smores with my date...pure fun! Roasting marshmallows and topping them with raspberry, chocolate, caramel sauce and bananas was priceless! I felt like a big kid in a candy store! Looking forward to my next visit!🥰🌈
It was terrible. It smelled like sewer where we were seated. The bathroom was disgusting: horrifying conditions. I expected something competing different. It’s like the horrible McDonald for chocolate ...
The food was so delicious (especially the dessert!!). Staff were really friendly and the restaurant just has a good mood to it
I always go there when I need chocolate it’s the best place
Great food, great service. Nicely socially distanced seating arrangements. First time I was out with my sons for dinner since the lockdown began and it was a great choice. We had a great time.
Our waiter and staff were amazing - I have a food allergy and I have never had such attention to that specific area. It was great! Also, the food was amazing!
Max Brenner was disappointing. The menu was not the same as I viewed online and did not provide a large selection. I had the cheeseburger which was bland, but the bun was yummy! My daughter and I had dessert which I honestly believe was a microwaved brownie covered in ice cream and an overcompensatingly amount of whipped cream. The chocolate was nothing special. I've had much better chocolate at local candy stores. Don't waste your money. The wait staff was attentive and pleasant. The restaurant was clean and safe. Parking was expensive, as expected in a city.
Olivia was the best waitress we’ve ever had. Great service, high energy, pretty face and a sense of humor that just don’t quit. Funnier than manager Matt that’s for sure. Everyone go to max!!
Went for brunch with my boyfriend. We had an amazing waitress who was so upbeat and made sure our drinks were full and we were happy. The food was great! From the panini to the churros and crepes (yum) we had drinks (both chocolate and regular) and both were delicious. Portion sizes were great and pricing very reasonable. Will totally be back.
Kids loved the theme. Wait staff was extremely friendly.
Amazing. Our family had a yummy blast.
Service was great, however, we were seated next to the patio doors and were pretty cold. I can’t because I’ve been here before and had a great experience. This time wasn’t so great. The ambience was pretty dull and average. Our server was great though.
I thought there would be some chocolate options in the entrees but there were only options like that in the alcoholic drinks and Desserts. If you don't drink alcohol then you are really only going there for a regular food experience you can have anywhere else. Not really unique. Definitely not a spot for kids as they only have 2 items on the kids menu. Our server was not the best. And the greeter upon entering was also not welcoming. Dessert was supposed to be a warm cake and it was cold. Not at all what I expected.
Great atmosphere and delicious food. Amazing service!
The waiter was amazing however things have clearly changed. Not the same vibes as before
They made my birthday super special and memorable! The service was awesome!
Absolutely had wonderful tim
While it had a delicious desert section, which I highly recommend, the food wasn’t worth the money and they should try and do an entire menu makeover
Our waiter was fabulous and so happy!!! The food was way better than I expected. We got appetizers, and sandwiches and of course dessert. The fondue is amazing!!!!
I took my son on a mommy son lunch date and he enjoyed it sooooo much. The service was great our server was very attentive and friendly. This is definitely a kid friendly restaurant where mom and or dad can enjoy themselves too.
Great friendly service
