Martorano's - Paris Las Vegas
Food was outstanding! We come here to eat every time we visit Vegas. Wait staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The music this time was very loud, which interrupted the conversations a bit. My only complaint but otherwise fantastic.
Very BAD service; took forever to get seated and the server was super slow with getting our appetizers and entrees'. We were at the one in Fort Lauderdale and loved it and thought the one in Las Vegas would be good too.
Bad Service, Food Good.
Been here 4 times. Great Every time until this last visit! Food was Excellent but service not so good. Waiter and other helpers on 3 occasions said they would be right back with things and we sat for 10+ min each time. When waiting for things to eat don’t wanna wait. Give it a try because Meals are excellent. Hopefully they follow up on things they say for you.
Restaurant policy is a disgrace. Last night 7 people with a bill of $450. Didn’t even bring a piece of cake or a scoop of ice cream with a Birthday candle for the birthday boy. How cheap can you get ?? How much would it actually cost ?? A dollar ??? Martaranos is a disgrace and lost our event business in the future. Next week when I’m in Atlantic City I’m gonna ask my friends there at Harrah’s Martaranos if it’s the same policy. If it is I’ll stop going there also. Cheap cheap cheap.
Romantic and excellent food!
Great experience. Great food and great service.
We had reservations for a table of 7 at 6:15 on a Tuesday night. When we checked in we were rudely told you can’t bring in any outside drinks. 2 people in our party had just gotten drinks from the lobby bar as they were waiting for the rest of the party to arrive. This is the only place in Vegas we have ever seen you can’t bring in a drink you are finishing. So don’t get a drink before dinner unless you have time to finish.
Food was typical Italian. Good but nothing extraordinary. They will not make any substitutions of any kind so read menu before going.
Too many restaurants to choose from in Vegas that are superior to this one. It’s doubtful we would return.
Loved the restaurant. Paul took very good care of us.
Our first time dining at this restaurant. Their handcrafted martinis are delicious. We started with the warm hand pulled
Motzerella with sea salt and olive oil. Main course of Chilean sea bass and chicken fussili with
Hot and sweet peppers. Everything was well prepared and very good. We will put the restaurant on our try again list when back in Vegas.
This place is a MUST when dining in VEGAS. I have eaten here several times and they never disappoint me. Incredible service, nice wine list, great food and they have some gluten free items as well. 5 star all the way. Sit either at the bar or right near the front where you can people watch.
Amazing ambiance & food! Always great! Great! Great! Great!
Waiter refused to give me bread until all the guests are coming , very rude.
Sinceramente no vale la pena este restaurante, fuera de la ensalada con albondigas, los demas son platillos regulares. Muy caro para lo que ofrece y el servicio malo,
Service was excellent and there was plenty of great food. Eggplant parmigiana, gnocchis and spaghetti and meatballs were cooked to perfection and dessert of key lime pie was yummy. Missed out on linguini with clams since they were out. We were first seated in the restaurant and a loud party of 10 came in. We requested to be moved and were seated on the patio. Restaurant is lovely but has bad acoustics so noise bounces off everything.
Overall. There were at least two separate loud music types and they were overwhelming. Vegas seems to do this in general, which is ridiculous.
I’ve been here before and it’s one of my favorite restaurants on the strip. The cheesesteak is simply incredible. Can be a share appetizer or a quick lunch at the bar. The short rib lasagna was on special and simply incredible
People with dietary restrictions/food allergies (or just picky eaters) should avoid this place. They were unwilling to alter any menu item to accommodate a food allergy. To “accommodate” the allergy, they provided pasta drenched in oil and loaded with garlic plus a side of spinach. That dish had no salt or spice, and the garlic was overwhelming. All of the pasta dishes our table ordered were undercooked. They claim to serve everything al dente, but as someone who has enjoyed al dente pasta in Italy, in other restaurants, and at home, their pasta is not al dente. It’s simply undercooked (but they’re too full of themselves to admit this and claim to have special noodles that are thick and chewy). The worst part of the meal was that we had to pay for the food that was served- the only reason we didn’t complain to the manager was because we had to rush off to catch a show. The calamari, salad, and wine selection were the only saving graces of the meal.
This was my 8th time dining here. This includes business dinners too. This night one of the dishes was extremely salty. The waiter took it back and said they would replace it but since everything was cooked to order it would take 20 minutes. Understood and reasonable. 15 minutes later the rest of the group was done and still no replacement dinner. 20 minutes later we were told it would be coming right out. Another 15 minutes goes by (now 45 minutes) and the food finally shows up. Why so long, because they could not move that order to front of the line!
Had we been told that at the start we would have had them take it off the bill and moved on. 45 minutes for a plate of pasta! No apologies no nothing. This was out of the ordinary for this restaurant to serve a bad meal but even worse for the lack of caring. I guess the chef could care less and that’s the part that upset me the most. I would expect this from a food truck but not this place.
Guess I will have to find a new place for Italian in Vegas. Too bad.
Great food, good value and good service
I first time and won't be our last. Was great the food and the service loved it.
Our experience at Martorano's was exceptional! It was a very nice upscale Italian restaurant; the food was delicious and the music and movie were terrific!
Edgar and Francisco (servers) are A plus plus. Highly recommend chicken Parmesan and Gnocchi
We went for New Year’s Eve dinner. The music was so loud - like sitting under the speaker in a dance club. We couldn’t hear each other talk. The food relied heavily on salt and fat to give it flavor. Definitely not worth the $90 fixed price. Also, if you have food allergies beware - they will not sub out anything. We noted that it is our honeymoon, but nothing special was offered and no one mentioned it.
The restaurant was so loud that I lost my voice. The food was extra extra extra salty...! And for the salty food $89 wasn’t worth it at all. It was horrible. I want my refund for the food.
The restaurant was super loud. It was hard to communicate with the server. The food was not tasty - pasta was bland. Desserts were disappointing. Overall not worth the price.
we had dinner here on New Year's Eve and the food was incredible. Our waiter was amazing and attentive. He had good recommendations and told us about the dishes we had questions about. The meatball salad appetizer and fried mozzarella were delicious and I loved the cannoli. We will definitely eat here again.
Great service! Amazing food!! Loved the atmosphere!!
Outstanding food. Best Caesar salad we have ever had. Pasta sauce was the best
First time there. Unbelievable food and service. Staff was great. Can’t wait to go back.
I love the place however there was a piece of plastic in my gnocchi or the sauce unsure I practically choked on it, the waiter came over told mgr then told chef they took the gnocchi off the bill but told me they were surprised it wasn't found in the spaghetti not gnocchi what kind of restaurant tells you that plastic should be found at all .The food was delicious hands down but I should of been compensated more considering I almost choked on it is was 1 inch by 1 inch in size plastic that pasta would come in .
My advice to the restaurant don't tell customers you were surprised where plastic was found ,Unbelievable would love to go back but because food was delicious afraid what I may find next time
Live in upstate NY and always go to the Fort Lauderdale restaurant. Tried the Vegas location and loved it. Yes, I feel more at home in Florida since I go every time I go South but the food in Vegas was absolutely fabulous. Everything tasted the same to me. Had a great special of scallops, crab and a lemony risotto that was to die for. I love the way Mr. Martorano runs these restaurants like a fine tuned machine. Can't wait to go again. Highly recommended
Our Christmas dinner at Martorano's was so good! We have been there several times before and this trip did not disappoint. We started with the warm mozzarella, then 2 of us had the scallop and crab special. My hubs had the Bolognese special. All of our meals were delicious and perfectly prepared. I realize that when you eat on The I do think that our meals were overpriced given the portion size. The portions were not too small, they were just right, but I still believe that they were slightly overpriced. However, this won't prevent us from returning again for a special occasion. Thanks Martorano's for making our Christmas complete!
Deep fry on the Mozzarella was tougher than usual as was the fry on the eggplant in the lasagna. Not as good as the many times before
Great meal and service. The dishes were prepared fresh and each meal was great.
Great service on Christmas Eve. Prices what I would expect for the location. Daily special was amazing and don't bypass the meatball and salad.
Second time we have dined there and did not disappoint. The mozzarella-tomato tower is the best "caprese" I have had. One of us had the pork and Sunday gravy dish and it was excellent. The pork just melts in your mouth. Two of us had the special of scallops with crab risotto. Oh my! Nothing to say but WOW. The large chunks of crab were the whitest and creamiest I've ever had. Service was great, but the food....5 star definitely.
Celebrating Christmas with family
Not your typical copy-cat Italian style offerings, Martorano's pure Philly. From the cheesesteak apps through to the mains it is all real. There is also a fairly extensive wine menu to pair with the meal.
As always the food and service was on point. Brought friends here for their first time and they loved it. We enjoyed a fun and appetizing night out before the holidays. Thank you again.
