Food not great and over priced
Food as always is amazing. Still the best Caesar salad I have ever tasted. Yuri, the waiter and his assistants as always are beyond terrific! Can't wait to go back again on my next visit!
Had been to this restaurant when it was located at Rio and loved it. Food was still good, but was disappointed about environment, extremely noisy. Movie being played throughout was not on point for this themed place. Used to play Godfather and pipe in Sinatra music. None of that in this new location. Used to be a cozy Italian restaurant, now it’s just too commercial.
Very good all around
The food was very good
Great service and a lot of fun
We had a wonderful anniversary dinner! Our waiter, Raymond was awesome and made great recommendations since it was our first visit there. I had the linguine and clams and my husband had the famous chicken parmesan, both were delicious! We split the caesar salad and it one of the best we’ve had and we’ve had many over the years. Hats off to this great restaurant!
Jessica was very knowledgeable, helpful with menu, providing excellent service and Juan was on it. He provided excellent service as well. Water constantly refilled, follow up and service to our table was bar none. Very classy experience but casual. High end service, food, and atmosphere. Would definitely go back. Meatball salad and chicken parmigiana the absolute best.
This was not our first visit-we come back because the food is delicious and the service is terrific! We will be back again.
1/19/2019 Our experience was: excellent service and nice ambiance, but the food was okay, not amazing. We ordered several items so we’d have a nice variety. Ceasar salad was okay. The meatball and gravy were delicious, the linguini w/ clams was good (not the best we’ve ever had), chicken Parmesan was too dry and bland and lacked (enough) gravy, gnocchi was good, greens were just okay. Therefore: 3 stars. We went to Martorano’s based upon a recommendation and currently do not plan to return.
We had a blast at Martorano's and will keep if first on our list for our next Las Vegas trip. It is not overhyped, the real deal, and well worth securing a reservation, and spending enough time there to really savor the cuisine. The staff are so amazing, we got lost, were late, and they re-reservationed us on the spot, on a Friday night, no less! The menu is exactly what you expect, rich, savory, cheesy, creative. The wait staff are wonderful, super attentive, and make sure you listen to the specials, they were all delicious sounding. We had an array of apps as we had theater tickets and not much time. We so wished we had more time, as we had to eat quickly what would have been delightful to linger over. We'll linger next time. Put Martorano's at the top of your list...we guarantee you will not be disappointed, and you will have an epic & fun meal in Las Veags!
The food was actually ok, but the service was horrible. They rush you from the moment you sit down. We wanted an appetizer and cocktail prior to ordering dinner and they refused! They made us order everything all at once...no choice. Then they brought our Salads first prior to the appetizer we ordered. Then they brought our app right after we received our salad. Then dinner came with quite a time difference from the first guest to the last. Manager came by to explain but it’s a bad policy! We were there to relax, eat many courses, drink cocktails and enjoy a relaxing dinner. Definitely would not go back. Too many restaurants in Vegas to relax and enjoy.
The stake preparation was not good. Applied mood of one of our senior person. poor customer service
Always a delicious dinner! The Pasta is always cooked to perfection.
The weirdest dining experience of our lives and we live in Las Vegas.
Food was fantastic and service was excellent as well!
The food was excellent. All the staff was great. Our waiter answered every question. Food came out hot and just as expected. Highly recommend.
Very good food. I love Italian food and my palate is pretty educated. You won’t regret going to this place if you love Italian. The ambient and decor is very modern and it has a bar if you like that kind of thing. The only down side will be at least for me the people walking right outside. There is an stream of people walking by all the time. Personally I don’t like that too much. I prefer a quiet dinner in peace, next time I will request to be seated somewhere deep inside the restaurant. Overall excellent flavor and very good service.
I got everything that I had ordered correctly. My wife had veal marsala and I had a breaded veal. It was supposed to be spicy and I didn't taste any spice. I was okay with that. However I didn't enjoy the breading on it that much. I did get what I order. The service was great as well as everything else we will definitely be going back. We usually both have the chicken parmesan but ventured outside of that this time.
Never fails to impress. Meatball salad, veal Marsala, and spaghetti DOP are my favorites.
Appetizers, drinks and the waiter were exceptional. Veal Martorano might be too spicy for some people.
We ordered: special shrimp appetizer (excellent), fried greens (excellent but salty), pasta vodka sauce(very salty), steak(very tough), eggplant parm(very good). The waiter was excellent, service superb, ambiance superb. The food in general was over seasoned and so salty it made for an unpleasant experience. The steak for the price we paid was at best mediocre and again very tough. We did make a comment to our waiter who brought the manager over and said he would replace the steak but at that point everyone had their meals so we declined. They did show concern and gave us two free deserts. The fresh bread and variety of oils were excellent. Overall a nice place and great service but after all the food is just as important right?
The salad, was particulary good.
They run out of tiramisu dessert.
The sound level of their audio at dinner was actually painful and they struggled to lower it for all the customers complaining.
Mortorano's is usually very good and fair value. We were there on New Years Eve and while the food was good the price was extremely high-even for Las Vegas and even for New Year's Eve. We will still go back but never again for a fixed price menu. or for New Years.
Consistently excellent Italian food. Excellent service by all, especially Raymond. Thank you!
Excellent as usual. The fresh mozzarella is the best!! Chicken Parmigiana is phenomenal! We come here every time we are in Vegas.
Went for my birthday. Our server seemed less than enthused to be there. He spoke very quietly despite being in the noisy atmosphere of shoppers and tourists. Did not ask how our food was. My friend got the steak, took 4 bites and couldn’t eat the rest because there was no flavor and they did not have any kind of steak sauce to help. Pretty disappointed to pay $60 for a non-seasoned piece of meat. I had the chicken parm since there was so much hype around it. I could have gotten a better meal (and service) if I had gone to a cheaper place like Olive Garden.
Great meal and service
We have now been to Martoranos twice and both times were amazing. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. The handcrafted cocktails were awesome. And the meatball!
Food was great . Service was excellent. My wife and daughter were very happy. Only downside, dinner was to celebrate a special occasion ( which was mentioned in my reservation ) but no acknowledgement was made by the anyone at the restaurant.
The food was delicious, however the service was slow.
This is a loud and boisterous restaurant, please do not expect a quiet romantic meal. That's fine. Service was spotty. The stacked eggplant was excellent. The balsamic on the plate is for looks only, unfortunately added no flavor. The carbonara was under seasoned and muddled, a great disappointment. Will not return.
After making reservations, we arrived about 15 mins. ahead of time when the restaurant was nearly empty and was told we would have to wait the 15 mins. We stood there for a while hoping that we would be invited to sit at the bar, but nobody acknowledged us. We finally went to the bar and the tall bartender was very attentive.
We sat down and wanted to enjoy our wine with an appetizer but were informed that we couldn’t order an appetizer unless we placed our full dinner menu at the same time. I never heard of this. My boyfriend and I had just flown to Las Vegas for some relaxation and felt rushed at dinner. After the bill was paid, my boyfriend said we were charged for an extra order of bread with our dinner. The experience wasn’t what we were hoping for!
My wife and I love the Paris Hotel, we usually spend the Christmas Holiday at the Paris, one of the main reasons we come is to eat in Martroano's . The food is old time Italian and it is great. The service and the atmosphere is wonderful. I highly recommend this Italian Restaurant to anyone who wants to have a great relaxing dinner.
Appetizers were good - eggplant stack and fried shrimp. Mains were standard fare - meat with marinara sauce on top.
The food was outstanding! Lobster Francaise was delicious-tender buttery lobster and crab in a delicate lemon sauce. Strip steak was cooked perfectly and tender. Old Fashion - to live for. Service was friendly and attentive. Will definitely return!
Average food, over the top salesman waiter, disco night club music - really??
Great food and drinks. 4th time dining there.
We celebrated my sister in law’s 40th birthday. The food was delicious and the watermelon martinis were to die for!
Martorano's was good, but compared to other restaurants we've eaten at on the Strip I can't justify rating it higher than good / very good. Ambiance was OK, but you get a lot of noise from the foot traffic going thru Paris, so having a conversation at normal volume is difficult. Service was excellent - absolutely pleased in that regard. Food was OK - tasty but not "the best I've ever had" with any dish. And, I thought the menu offerings were quite limited.
Would I go again or feel compelled to suggest Martorano's to other diners? No. I truly feel you can get a better experience at a lower or equal cost elsewhere.
