Another great dinner, this time with our 12 year old daughter. The Chef made her some noodles with shrimp not on the menu with out question. Fantastic service from the hostess, wait staff and the kitchen.
Just had a loud 4 some behind us who was making everyone crazy!! Other than that this place is spot on!! Cowboy Sushi was excellent!! Butterfish the best I ever had
Delicious food, excellent service.
The tables are a little tight, so go prepared to hear neighbor conversations if you are a party of 2. Great food, though!
Food was phenomenal!
Delicious and fresh sushi! Garlic Edamame was outstanding.
Wonderful service, food was awesome, great experience!
Don’t waist your time on this steakhouse. Wagyu Ribeye was not marbled and at least 1/5 of the steak was solid fat. Go to the strip if you want a great steak. Dinning was mostly bench style were you can talk to the couple next to you...few private tables.
The waiter was perfect. Since it was my first time she recommended the meal for two. It sampled all the best they had and it was the best bang for the buck. I have never had a steak cooked to perfection like this! So good
Allison our waiters provided the Best service ever!!!
This place is always outstanding!!
It was freezing cold in the restaurant - bring coats! The staff was very friendly.
Great service and delicious food!
Waitress and staff were very responsive and attentive to detail the chefs made no mistakes perfect meal
I love this place, it’s one of my favorite places in Vegas and we come here every time we go to the Westin. I have a bunch of things I can’t eat do to health concerns and they worked with me. My server was awesome and I will have her next time.
We had to leave in the middle of the meal the service was so bad we couldn’t stand it. Then the dress code. We called and they said business attire no shorts or flip flops. Guess what the other customers were wearing. Gym clothing and flip flops. Very rude manager and staff. Called by fans b manager and he didn’t see an issue. Don’t bother the celebrity chef has left. It’s overpriced.
Short Ribs were incredible. Shrimp
tempura was prepared perfectly. Then the Molten Cake to finish up was awesome. So start to finish well done.
We celebrated our 29th anniversary and it was perfect. Michael Inoye, food & Beverage manager was so kind and checked in on us. My husband LOVED the duck. We will be back.
We've never been disappointed dining at Marssa. It's one of our very favorite places throughout the entire valley. The Wok Filet is amazing and we had awesome California Rolls. Our server was great too!!
thanks!!
Although the Restaurant was hard to find at the Westin, it was worth the trouble. The food was great and the service was excellent! The Marssa prixe fix meal exceeded all expectations especially the butter fish.
One of the best meals ever. I had the butter fish and it was absolutely amazing. A must!!
Food was fresh and amazing. Service was impeccable and the view of the lake was stunning!
Normally the best restaurant in Lake Las Vegas, however this time the food was just not as good as normal. Over cooked and dried out sea bass (probably kept under heat too long) and tough filet mignon. As a local and a regular, we expect five stars from this Re. We will try again and hope it was just an off night...
Justice was an excellent waitress. She has great recommendations but was never pushy. Everyone who worked at Marssa made sure that no glass was ever empty and no one had a need unserved. It was great seeing all of the staff work together to create a great dining experience. The food was amazing. I got the sushi and my daughter got the fillet mignon. Both were perfect!
We’ve been here before. The cowboy Tiger sushi roll is awesome! Our first visit we had the dinner for two for $159- AWESOME! This visit we had the $139- Not as good as the first one. I did not care for the collar/tail fish item. It was weird looking and had bones in it- not little bones- like a bone from a rib- long and prominent. Husband will eat anything tho, so he got that all for himself. The sea bass was phenomenal!! The New York steak was a little to rare for me- I like rare, not raw. Also tried a blue curaçao drink-a little bit too sweet, but tasty. Tried the one with the berries- it was ok. Lots of berries in it. The margaritas were really good though!! Yes, we will go back because it’s close, it’s reasonable and the view of the lake is very nice.
The service and the food was superb, the restaurant was very loud and hard to hear the waitress
We had to wait over an hour for our food. However, the manager made it right by comping our meal. The quality was excellent and the ambience quiet calm with great visuals of the lake mountains etc...
The Tiger Roll was outstanding. I also had the Poke appetizer, good but didn’t compare to the roll for flavor. Not very crowded but server was marginally attentive. The Maitre d’ checked on me several times. Would return.
I took my husband for his 60th Birthday. He loves steak and sushi. The food was very good. We had a table with a view of the lake.
First time at Marssa. Excellent service! Food was great. Chef checked in with us after the meal. Very friendly and welcoming. He even brought a tasting of braised short ribs that we’ll order next time. Molten lava cake for dessert and a stroll around the lake was a nice ending to our fantastic dinner.
Food was over peppered/spiced; totally overpowering the food. Way overpriced for value.
While restaurant was largely empty to 1/4 capacity, the noise level was distracting as had two different music stations competing (suspect one from kitchen and other on dining floor). A shame given the beautiful scenery and nice ambiance.
At same time, we had a very pleasant server who was very attentive.
Awesome service from Alison
Great food great atmosphere
The food was great....our only "complaint" is they were understaffed. Our server was busting his butt but all the servers were swamped. Steak was great...Sushi was phenomenal...will definitely eat here again when at the hotel
Just don't.......save your money. Horrific service, over priced, food quality poor, and management doesn't care about guest experience.
Out of edamame.....go to the store!
Ordered the shishito peppers...very small appetizer for the price. Ordered 3 cocktails and 2 had to be sent back. Their lemon basil martini tasted like vermouth only and Tom Collins was way sour. Ordered a gin martini instead and no garnish....no olives no twist nothing. And, it took over 30 minutes for cocktails....waiter had to leave the restaurant and go to the bar across the property to get drinks.
Arrived at 6, ordered food at 6:45. Watched many plates sit in the window getting cold. Three filets ordered medium rare and a short rib. Our food was served at 7:15. Filets were blue in the middle. Sent 1 back for a little more heat....it arrived after 30 Minutes and not as requested. The short rib was a very small portion and was very fatty....not trimmed as it should be.
Asked for the manager and he wouldn't come over. He was expediting food.....obviously not successfully!
The food was not good, the service was even worse, and the manager doesn't even care to make it right.
We came for an anniversary dinner while staying at Weston for the weekend. We are not usually hard to please as we dine out a lot. This experience was lower than pathetic.
While the food at this establishment was excellent, the service was abhorrent. At one point, we waited well in excess of 40 minutes for a single order of sushi and finally had to cancel the order. To make a bad situation worse, the manager, who somehow seemed clueless to the obvious service problems in his restaurant, was of absolutely no help when I presented the issue to him. Turns out we were not the only patrons to be frustrated with the front of the house incompetence as we heard from two other couples that they had much the same experience this night.
Excellent all the way around. Unexpectedly great experience, from the service to the view and of course the food. Will be back.
The Cowboy Up sushi roll (with wagyu beef on top) was out of this world delicious - had to order a second one. The Black Sea Bass (Hawaiian Lau-lau style) was very delicious and fun to share. And the black sesame panna cotta was amazing - very sophisticated, adult taste: nutty/smoky, the longer you swirl it around your mouth the more nuanced flavors reveal themselves. Absolutely loved it. Our waitress Allison was very friendly, fun and attentive, as well as informative about the food. The price is a little high, but this is a celebration dinner kind of place, not twice-a-week hang-out joint, so stop being cheap and enjoy!
Good but over priced
Great service
Small sushimi for $29
Clean and perfect ambiance
Ashkan was our server. He had amazing suggestions for us and we loved it so much we went back the next night!
Food was great, but the service was a little slow considering they were not that busy. A little pricey.
