Starting with the ultimate professional Maitre D’ Reza welcoming us to his wonderful restaurant. From there the dining experience continued to be a seamless experience from the delivery of the delicious signature popovers and bouillon to the impeccable service and tasty food. A final thank you from Reza as we departed completed our lunch making us yearning to return soon. Highly recommend.

                                                                                                                          The food was nice and ambience was beautiful. However, the service was really very bad. The person who greeted us at the desk took forever to come and barely said hi. Once we were seated, it took a long time before they brought the bone broth and brioche. When she did, she just dumped it down as if she was angry and rushed. But there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. When the server came, we placed our order and I clearly requested a different salad dressing on the side, not the one on the menu. I also ordered truffle fries. He said sure, but It took over half an hour to get a salad and sandwich, though there was hardly anyone dining. When it did come the salad was soaked in the dressing server agreed it wouldn’t have. No fries. So I asked for the fries again and asked if he could bring the dressing I ordered. He seemed annoyed at that point and said it could be fixed in two minutes. When he brought the salad back, it was literally the ingredients dumped onto the plate in a mess. And he forgot the fries yet again. Mind you, there was hardly anyone. When he finally did bring them, he did not look happy as if Id done something to cause his oversight. At that point, the restaurant was closing in eight minutes. So we finally had our meal dumped off due to the careless mistakes, then the person who first slammed down the bone broth looking mad started slamming dishes at the table next to us angrily as if it was time for us to leave. This is really not acceptable. We were celebrating an important special occasion, spending a decent amount, and were polite to everyone. There was absolutely no reason to be treated this way or for the kitchen to be annoyed that we politely requested what we’d first ordered. Mariposa really needs to get a new staff who cares about people who dine here and shop at Neiman Marcus. It is not happening now and is definitely downgrading the business. I would entertain here often if they weren’t so rude, careless, and downright unwelcoming.

                                                                                                                          I have been eating at Mariposa for many years and it is always a treat and something I really enjoy doing. I had a very good meal with some friends and family today. The service was wonderful. My only problem was the noise level in the restaurant was Extremely Loud and perhaps it was where we were sitting close to the patio door. I always enjoy the salmon tacos. There is a large menu selection and it's nice to be able to sit indoors or out. There was also a nice selection of specials including food and drinks.

                                                                                                                          After living here for 20Y+ my friend didn’t know this hidden gem 💎 existed. There are a couple of treats included in the Luncheon. “Ladies who Lunch!” N Shop can be seen with some fashions table-side. Some Gents if lucky get to accompany. Every menu item is tasty and the service is wonderful.

                                                                                                                          We ate outside and it was beautiful. The temperature was beautiful. It was very quiet. Had Chilean Seabass, which was outstanding. As always, the popovers are fresh and warm and wonderful.
