   Been eating here for over 15 years. Exceptional food & service every time. You won’t be disappointed but make a reservation- it’s a busy place, and rightly so!

   We’ve lived Maria’s for years but don’t get there as often as we’d like because we live in New Westminster. It didn’t disappoint. The Paithakia were tender and moist. The calamari were excellent. Can’t wait for our next visit!

   The food was fabulous and the ambiance very nice. The problem we had was with the service. Our waitress was very sporadic to begin with regarding drinks and water etc. after about 15 minutes she came to the table and asked about beverages. We had to ask several times for refills etc. and it was never from out waitress. She took our orders And that was the last we saw of her. There were only 5 of us and we got our meals after quite a while by another server. The same with drinks etc. it was all from different servers. My nephew left a tip because all of the others seemed to cover for our waitress once we asked for absolutely everything. I sure hope she did not keep that tip. She was terrible.

   Been here a number of times and it a fantastic experience. Usually have the lamb chops but decided to try something new so went for the trout. Glad I did because it was really good. Bruno our server is excellent and treats us as he would want to be served when he went out. Did not see Amir on this trip but look forward to kibbitsing with him next time. bobsan

   Our dinner at Maria's Taverna was very enjoyable. The service and food was very good and reasonably priced. The restaurant is in a good central location and parking was not a problem. The ambiance was vibrant however it was easy to hold a normal conversation. We will be back.

    A wonderful place to enjoy Greek Cuisine. The Calamari was outstanding and very tender. The service was pleasant and attentive. Excellent value. Enjoy.
