My fiance is from Paris. Last night, she revisited home right here at Marche Bacchus for Bastille Day. The food was excellent, and the server was like a private valet. It was great that the chef spent about five minutes at our table. First off, the best onion soup ever. Secondly, the pastries to die for. This will be a regular locale for us.

First time! Always heard so $$$ and upper crust-I was so pleasantly surprised!! Tasteful open air environment-we went for brunch and everyone was outside despite heat. They have lots of fans and misters. We weren’t in direct proximity of either so midway through the meal I could really feel the heat getting to me. The only thing not great about our visit. Service spectacular! Bloody Mary-meh. Jambon baguette, caesar salad, and lobster/shrimp croissant divine! Felt pricing was very reasonable. Will be back!

Last minute booking which was available. Nice sleek seating and cool inside the restaurant. Great food and Bella our server was attentive.

Marche Bacchus is an experience for the senses. The dining room is intimate and reminiscent of a French Bistro, don't forget to look up at the gorgeous tin ceiling. The outdoor tables look out over the Lake at Desert Shores, so nice to see a calming body of water. The menu includes typical French cuisine however the flavors are far from typical. The Escargot is the best I have ever had. Extra bread will be needed to soak up all of the buttery Persillade. The Beef Bourguignon by Chef Alan is so tender no knife is needed. Make room for dessert because you will want to experience the delicious, gorgeous sweets to complete your meal. At the top of your evening the signature cocktail menu is creative & well executed by a Mixologist that makes a great Old Fashioned, Negroni, the list goes on. The service by Lia is gracious, professional and informed. Ask to be seated in her section and you will be well taken care of. All of this is orchestrated by Restaurant Manager Matt who keeps the wheels turning. It is worth the drive to Desert Shores to experience this gem of a Restaurant. You will enjoy it.

My experience was this would be our second time going after it was sold to this new company and food is not the greatest and services was definitely wasn’t that greatest either our service look like she wasn’t happy at all . It was definitely a bad experience

Brought a friend to celebrate her birthday. Bella was our server and did an amazing job and was so friendly. The patio and serenity of the lake along with the amazing live, background music made it a great experience.

We have been loyal Marché Bacchus customers since we moved to Summerlin nearly 10 years ago. Somewhere along the way, Angelo left and things just weren’t the same. The service and food suffered, and after several bad experiences, we stopped coming. Fast forward to 2025 and new owners and management. We decided to give Marché Bacchus another try, and wow - it’s better than ever! We’ve been back several times, and have been blown away with the service, food and ambiance. Greg is fantastic and always steers us towards amazing wines, Autumn and Matt are great managers, assuring that everyone is happy, and the various servers we’ve had have all exceeded our expectations. Bravo!! We are regulars again, and love introducing our friends to the new and improved venue.
