Monday, July 14 | 4PM – Close $40 wristbands available at the door Marche Bacchus is celebrating Bastille Day with an unforgettable evening by the lake, blending French tradition with a touch of Vegas flair. Regular dining service will be available throughout the evening, but guests looking to elevate their experience can purchase a $40 wristband at the door. Wristbands grant access to three food stations, each inspired by the flavors of France and available while supplies last. La Plancha Flame-grilled French favorites prepared fresh over an open flame. Paella en plein air A vibrant saffron-infused rice dish with market vegetables and seafood, cooked live outdoors. La Pâtisserie A selection of classic French desserts, beautifully crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Christophe Feyt. The evening’s entertainment includes: • Live music by Aleksandar Damchevski from 5PM to 8PM • DJ set by Chef Hubert Keller starting at 8:30PM • Parachute landing over the lake between 7PM and 7:30PM • Desserts available beginning at 5PM

We love this place and prefer it to many of the strip restaurants. The service is superb, the presentation is excellent and the food is always generous servings and delicious. And, there is a lovely view of the lake to cap it all off!

We always start with escargot. The escargot was delicious as usual. We tried the hamburger for the first time. We are so glad we did. We are always looking for a good burger and this one was Great! The onion soup is amazing. Lots of wine to choose from. Cappuccino was the perfect finish to a lovely lunch See you soon

Beautiful ambience as it sits on the edge of the lake and has a nice patio area with windows/sliding doors. So nice for occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc., impressing your first date for lunch. But if a duck comes wandering in, don't feed it, or you will be in for a sharp-tongued telling-off from the waiter, as happened to me when I offered this pretty duck who was wandering throughout the restaurant a piece of French bread, mistakenly believing he was the restaurant's pet duck. But it seems it was just a very smart wild duck that found a way to get his belly ful and meet nice people. It was the lunch menu, and I ordered the seafood salad on a croissant. The croissant was not fresh and crisp. Obviously it was pre-made hours ago. So I did not eat the croissant, just the seafood salad, which was bland, hardly any flavor. However, the parmesan fries that came with it were delicious. I did ask for malt vinegar, which the waiter said they had, but it never came. I had a glass of Rose, which was a bit dry for me, but since it came from Provence, France, I savored it. No one came back to ask me if I wanted another. The restaurant was fairly empty, but we had to put our foot down to get a good table even though there were plenty of nice open tables. We were a twosome, two ladies, and this seems to happen a lot, not just at Marche Bacchus, but wherever, the old ladies get offered the worst table. But being as it's a French restaurant, it seems they follow the French attidue and are snooty, and the customer does not come first. That was my experience.

The setting at Marche Bacchus is lovely great service and a beautiful lakeside atmosphere that made the evening feel special. It was my first time trying French food, and while I appreciated the experience overall, the food didn’t quite justify the price. The cheese board, while well-curated, felt small for $30. My burger with brie was solid (rich and greasy in a good way), and the fries were generous, but nothing felt especially memorable flavor-wise. Altogether, it wasn’t a negative experience, but I’ve had more impressive meals in Vegas at similar or lower price points. Glad I tried it, but probably wouldn’t return or recommend it unless someone is going purely for the ambiance.

From the moment we arrived at Marché Bacchus, we knew we were in for something special. Perfectly nestled lakeside with a peaceful ambiance and live music floating in the air, this Summerlin gem delivered a truly unforgettable evening for date night for my wife and me. We were greeted warmly and seated with a stunning view of the water ... romantic, serene and the perfect backdrop for a much-needed date night. Our server was exceptional: Attentive without hovering, knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu and our experience. We began with the Truffled Goat Cheese Napoleon and it was love at first bite. Layers of crisp phyllo dough wrapped around creamy goat cheese, delicately infused with black truffle, pistachios and honey, balanced by frisée ... it was decadent yet light, the kind of appetizer you wish came in an entrée size. For main courses, we went two very different directions and were blown away by both. The Beef Bourguignon was rich, tender and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The red wine-braised short ribs, paired with roasted vegetables and buttery pomme purée, felt like a master class in comfort food done right. The Bacchus Bacon Burger was no less impressive ... stacked with Gruyère, bacon, caramelized onions and a parsley-garlic aioli on a house-baked truffle poppy seed brioche bun. Paired with perfectly crispy truffle fries, it was indulgent in the best way. Drinks were equally on point ... an Aperol Spritz to start, a bold Old Fashioned and a smooth glass of red wine that paired beautifully with the Bourguignon. The live music added just the right touch of elegance and energy, enhancing the evening without overpowering conversation. Between the ambiance, incredible food and five-star service, Marché Bacchus delivered a date night we’ll be talking about for a long time. If you’re looking for romance, flavor and a touch of European charm right here in Las Vegas, this is your spot. Can't wait for our next visit.

First time we tried brunch and loved it. Food was great, however, service was a bit slow at times when we asked for certain condiments. Overall it was very nice experience and we will definitely be back.

This restaurant is charming. We went for brunch and sat lakeside. My friend who I took there for her birthday was impressed. Food was served hot and portions were bigger than expected. Overly satisfied and highly recommend.

We went for the first time to celebrate our anniversary. We loved the views, the vibes, and the food. My wife has a gluten allergy and she did not get sick, the staff was very knowledgeable about cross contamination and eating safely with food allergies.
