Come enjoy Steamboat Springs iconic Italian Hot Spot in the heart of downtown. Mambo is excited to be open seven days a week and serving happy hour daily from 4:00-5:30 daily. We ask that if you are running late please give us a call at 970-870-0500 as we can only hold tables for 15 minutes. Thank you for booking at Mambo and we look forward to serving you tonight!

    The pastas and entrees are good! A choice for Steamboat. Patio is lively. Host stand is in a weird spot in patio as guest are waiting where servers need to serve guests. Too long of a wait at host stand and too long of wait at table and young bartender gave us attitude when we asked to order a drink ( eat had no one at the bar) and said someone would be right with us. If the hospitality was better I would have rated higher.

    Mambo is always a happening place. We have been there a number of times and always confronted a crowd waiting to get in. As usual, the food was great. However, our server was overwhelmed and had some trouble getting to us, taking our order in a timely manner and delivering the second glass of wine in time with the meal. None of this affected our evening. However, because of the usual busyness of the restaurant, perhaps extra attention needs to be paid to delivering top quality service.

    Food is always amazing but last night the staff couldn’t be bothered. I am also in the service industry and I know at time you can be over worked. This was just unnecessary when you’re spending that kind of money. I’ll leave it at that but I know the server could have been a little more friendly, like we were to her and not have been so obviously rude.

    A very unique place in Steamboat. We had the fried artichoke as an app, the melon salad, then chicken parm and lasagna for the main. You cannot go wrong with the food, it is very good, although, can be pricey.

    Ali was our wonderful server. She assisted us with the menu and food choices. She is very friendly and a great server. Food was fabulous. We had the artichoke appetizer it’s a must try DELICIOUS. We followed with a caprese salad and the goat cheese, fig jam, arugula and walnut pizza. Desert was vanilla ice cream with balls of fudge. The night was delightful, the food delicious. We will be back. Thank you Mambo and Ali.

    My husband and I have been coming to Mambo’s for more years than I can remember. We always enjoy excellent meals and service. This visit was no different. We had a friend visiting from out of town and wanted her to experience all that we love about your restaurant. And she loved it too! So thank you to Rena for great service and to the kitchen staff for turning out the yummiest meals!

    Mambo never disappoints! Our server was the perfect mix of attentive but left us alone to enjoy ourselves, and the food was perfection. Literally everything I’ve tried there is delicious. Can’t miss!
