Delicious! Will certainly go back for more.
Lovely setting, good service, well-prepared food. New owners and management haws not changed the overall experience.
This was my first experience at Maison Martinique but will not be my last. It was perfect for my boyfriend's birthday celebration. The only negative aspects of the evening were that one other diner was rather loud and the piano bar upstairs was disappointing. All else was very positive.
Great chef prepared food. The bruschetta was seriously some of the best I’ve ever had. LOVED our server. He made our experience very positive and fun. Exactly wanted we wanted out of our weekend getaway.
Always an excellent experience! Menu selections are varied and appealing.
Food was good. Excellent service. Musician played a lot of rock which didn’t really for in with ambiance. Some jazz or dance music would have been nice. Call ahead and reserve a booth.
Food was good, service was great, enjoyed the ambiance.
A little bit of Paris in Vero. The food was delicious and the ambiance was perfect.
Julia was a lovely server and the evening was fantastic!
The service was terrible. It took two hours to get our food. When we got the food most of it was cold. The risotto and the vegetables were cold
The chicken piccata was tough. It was an airline chicken. Not a thin breast chicken piccata is usually flat and thin. They served us a drink in a cracked glass. They stopped serving bread unless she requested. The bread was cold. Not up to their normal standards. Very disappointed. This is our third bad experience with this restaurant we’re done
Our first time. Enjoyed our evening. Will return.
Based on my Yelp Search for a new restaurant in a town of great restaurants, the enthusiastic reviews lead me to Maison Martinique. Even more intriguing, there were a number of scathing reviews which through experience, only makes me curious. The tropical path through a garden with a splashing fountain led to the varied dining rooms, all in a cheerful tropical theme. With all the travel restrictions today, this restaurant will transport you to the Caribbean.
The food: our party started with the onion soup, the sautéed artichoke hearts and the Mediterranean salad; all imaginative and truly delicious. I opted for the scallops which were described as a small plate but for my appetite, a perfect portion.
Went for our anniversary and had very good food and great service! Would go back again
Great food, wonderful service and the atmosphere is awesome.
Great time. Peaceful outdoor setting. Great food and service.
Great Food and service. Outside was very nice except for mosquito's. Recommend they have some kind of insect control for outside patio dining.
New chef and he has created a limited but excellent and varied menu. We have refused to return here after a series of very disappointing experiences over the last 10 years. This used to be Vero's best but stumbled badly into complete mediocrity years ago. We were convinced to give it a try by friends who said things had changed. And they have. The ambiance is warm and relaxed. Our service was very good and the food excellent. We will go back with fingers crossed that it lives up to our expectations and this review.
Celebrating our anniversary which was recognized by server and restaurant with dessert on them. Perfect atmosphere for celebrating and food was delicious. Servers were attentive and didn’t rush our meal. It was a perfect night. We’ll be back!
Very quiet and beautiful spot for fine dining. Food was spot on, we enjoyed every bite
Great food and service! One of Vero Beach’s best!
Great service, very good food, charming and comfortable setting. We will be back for the encrusted grouper and lobster fra Diablo!
GreAt atmosphere and best food of the 8 restaurants we went to in Vero beach. Truely fine dining.
We had a great time here, food and drinks were delicious! Servers were very attentive. Started our evening with drink upstairs at Havana, and ended our night in the same place!!!
We had a great dinner on Saturday night at an outdoor table. the waitstaff, ambiance and the food were all outstanding. Highly recommend.
We had a wonderful birthday dinner for my wife. We had a private booth and spent the evening having dinner and then going upstairs over the restaurant to the bar to have a drink and enjoy live music. All in all, it was a very special evening . . . great food, beautiful dining room and outstanding service. We live about two hours away and we will definitely be back soon.
I love this place. It is situated in a charming boutique hotel and after dinner, you can retire to the Havana Piano Bar upstairs where there is live music. The food is delicious!
Lovely restaurant and great experience - a real gem! We had a delicious meal - rack of lamb and the scallop and shrimp dinner. Both were well prepared, very tasty and presented beautifully. We topped it off with bread pudding and coconut cream pie for dessert. We had such a great experience we booked another reservation for later in the week. Thanks to our server Ashley for making us feel so welcome!
The food was terrific and we especially loved!!! the bread pudding.
Chef Daniel was good enough to come tableside and share some of his NY Strip steak secrets.
The ambiance is relaxed but feels luxurious. We'll def be back next time we're in Vero Beach. Thank you for a lovely evening.
Food was very good, really top notch. Service was perfectly fine, until they forgot one of our side dishes, and then did not bring the second glass of wine we had ordered, and then got behind and did not bring our check until we went looking for our server. I'd still recommend this place base on the ambiance and the food, with the caveat that you be prepared to stay on top of your server.
Unfortunate meal. Waitress was not trained properly- did not know how to serve wine, take order, timing was off. I was told duck could not be medium rare but had to be cooked through. They agreed to cook to order then it came out rare and had to go back to the kitchen.
Crab and lobster cake was way too salty- inedible.
Crab bisque was thin and presentation unimaginative.
Table next to us got their entree before their appetizers.
Ambience was romantic but creepily quiet.
We really wanted to have this be a great news spot but we won’t be back.
This restaurant has suberb food, excellent service and a charming, elegant ambiance. I would have given the service 5 stars, but it was a teensy bit slow, even though all else about it was fantastic.
Our meal was wonderful. Kim was our server, and she did an outstanding job.
On vacation and place was recommended! We thought the food was exceptional! We had a great meal and spectacular ambiance!
We started out the piano bar Havana Nights and had great cocktails prepared to our liking. The piano music was lovely and a nice addition to our experience. The food was excellent and obviously prepared with care. The entire experience was much improved from last time we went there
Unfortunately Maison Martinique hasn't improved over the past few years. As local residents, we keep trying but always get disappointed. Screaming for new ownership. Very limited menu, food isn't that great, mediocre server, overpriced food and drinks. Spent $150 for 2 people and felt like deja vu. too bad because it's a beautiful place and has the cool Havana nights piano bar upstairs for a nightcap.
New chef, first night, server was super sweet but service was very SLOW...Took over 2 hours to get thru dinner without dessert and it was not very busy.
Great vibe and really great staff. The food was very good and the upstairs bar was a great nightcap.
A nice surprise ... quiet, romantic. Nice wine list ... made a decent Manhatten.
Hands down the worst meal we've had in Vero Beach in 40 years. While the server (Kim) was very attentive and pleasant, the food arrived almost one hour after order, despite the fact that no more than 2-3 other tables were occupied in this large space. Once it did show up, it was virtually inedible. The mahi-mahi "special" looked like a cinder block on the sidewalk and tasted like rolled hay. It was on the menu to be served with a puree, which did not come until I called it out, and then arrived in a plastic take-out jar like you get at Wendy's. Dreadful. The place has the energy of a post-pandemic super spreader shut down by the health department, which is what this place should be required to do. Lots of tables set throughout and no customers. The sign for valet parking came with no valet. That should have been a warning. Stay clear. Disaster!
