We were very disappointed in the service and the food wasnt flavored well.. we were just super disappointed for the price we spent on dinner and drinks.. we wont be going back
Food presentation was poor preparation not to the quality expected.i
love this place always top notch and the server Latoya was so kind and friendly =food was excellent always
Waitress was awesome food was good atmosphere was great
Delicious food. I love the oyster salad! Great service.
Steaks were fantastic. Our group had the Bone in Ribeye, Sirloin, and Filet. All steaks had great flavor and were very tender. My only complaint was the service was slow when requesting more soda or an extra plate.
Enjoyable evening, food was good, service ok, LJ our server was polite and efficient, all in all very good
First time to this restaurant, very nice atmosphere. Very quaint and romantic setting especially due to COVID spacing. Breanne is an excellent and attentive waitress. Food was fabulous. Highly recommend and we will absolutely return.
Our server was pleasantly very nice. Food was excellent. Our favorite, crab claws!
Customer service was excellent and the food was awesome. My wife and I enjoyed the bone in ribeye, wild mushrooms, and loaded baked potato. All food was prepared wonderfully and the steak was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be going back.
Incredible experience, best in the Gulf Coast! Highly recommend.
My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary at the hotel and saw the sign for the restaurant. We both were surprised at the size of the place. The food was spectacular, we will be back for sure.
My husband and I enjoyed a quiet dinner at this restaurant over this past weekend and the service was excellent. The tables had to be spaced appropriately due to the current COVID-19 circumstances so definitely must have reservations. Our meal was very good. Our appitizer was crab claws, different entrées, he had snapper, I had Alaskan King Crab, both delicious and we had to share our dessert which was bread pudding with vanilla ice cream. Throughout the entire meal they would bring us all the bread we asked for. Great meal, I left completely stuffed. Yes, a bit high, but it was a special occasion so that was ok. Would definitely recommend.
Great service and outstanding food. Ambiance is wonderful.
Overall the experience was average-good. No real COMPLAINTS, just totally not what's expected for the $$$. It was like getting Applebee's food for Ruth's Chris pricing. The service was good, but seemed like she was either untrained/brand new, or just not very smart, or maybe even disinterested in her job.
Wasnt seated in bar area as requested, bbq shrimp starter took 40 mins to arrive. If these shrimp saw a bbq, it's one I've never seen, they looked boiled. Worcester cream sauce wasn't bad but salty. Tomato salad was frankly disappointing, tomato almost sour and one sliver of mozzarella cut into 15 pieces, seriously about 1oz of mozz total on a $12 salad. Guess I'm spoiled by Jersey tomatoes and better mozz up north. Goat cheese ravoli was odd. Tomato sauce was flat in flavor, well stuffed with veggies, but the goat cheese really wasn't a good pairing and was really more sprinkled on top and not really incorporated into the ravoli. A dusting of parm or some pine nuts and spinach could of improved it. Really didn't meet my expectations.
Best food I've had in long time. Tried the Chef's oysters with bacon jam. Fantastic! Surf and turf was perfect.
We love eating here every trip to Harrah's Biloxi. They offer lots of specials in the bar but also have specials in the dining room. Service is great in both the bar area and dining room. We ate there three times our last trip and everything was great each time. Pricing is great for this restaurant. Love the fried oysters and my husband really enjoyed the filet mignon/lobster tail special. Definitely will be back.
This was a birthday celebration and was not disappointed. The menu has a delicious variety of offerings. They started us with 2 fresh hot rolls with just enough unsalted butter. My companion and I started with an appetizer, a generous portion of braised beef with mashed potatoes and carrots that did not disappoint in flavor. I followed that with the gulf crab and brie soup. Absolute heaven in a bowl. My companion ordered the lazy magnolia beer braised beef rib with roasted garlic smashed potatoes and I ordered the grilled king salmon filet with creamed spinach. Both were very generous portions with great presentation. The portion sized were very generous and we did not have room to even attempt a desert and we wanted to!!
Service was excellent and on point. Waiter and server wore masks as expected. The tables were spaced nicely apart. In my opinion, this made this experience BETTER because I did not have to be bothered with being to close to other diners and bumping chairs or hearing others conversations.
Management came to our table and asked if all was good and it definitely was more than good! First time at this restaurant and it was all I expected and more!
Well worth a visit if you’re on the Gulf Coast and looking for excellent food and service in an elegant atmosphere. Latoya provides us with first rate service. She was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the menu and helped with wine selection as well. After a week of bad meals in New Orleans where the staff couldn’t care less about the customers and the food was very substandard, we were very happy to find this gem on the Gulf Coast.
My wife’s Brie and crab bisque was exceptional, the short ribs “heavenly”. All aspects of our dining experience were top notch. We we remember this evening and return first chance we have.
Our server Melissa explained the menu items we had questions on. We ordered all of her recommendations, red snapper, surf and turf and a delicious seafood bread! Dinners served piping hot with beautiful plate presentation. Wonderful seasonings on snapper and steak. We didn't win at gambling, but won with this restaurant. Thank you Melissa and staff for wonderful food memories. The Stachowiaks.
we were disappointed in the main course. the fried green tomatoes and soup were very good
This is the third time at Magnolia....just did not hit the mark this time.
Prork chop was good. Zucchini gratin not so much. My boyfriend's fish was ok.
Server was horrible. Felt out place. Managers walked around to every table except ours. As if we didn’t belong
Everything was cooked just right & flavors were great!! The social distancing was going and the staff was very knowledgeable about protocols. We loved our dinner!
Great food, the NY Strip was so moist and juicy. Seabass excellent. The crab soup was the best I have ever had!
Not our 1st time eating here. We love the service, the atmosphere and mostly the food is outstanding!
Crab bisque soup is superb
Surf and Turf was outstanding
Staff is awesome excellent service!
Disappointing. Service was good but food was just OK especially for the price. Ambiance was lacking for an upscale dining experience
Where to start. Husband and I ate later in the day. It want that busy. But the waiter seemed to never come around. My husband ordered a steak medium rare, it came out well done. I had a sea bass. It was good. For desert I ordered a creme brûlée. It took 45 for it to come out. And when it did. It was not good. It was clumpy, the sugar was burnt. You can tell they rushed to make it. It’s a chilled dessert. But the custard was still warm. Again, very clumpy. I couldn’t let anyone know, because the waiter never came around. By the time he did, we just asked for the check and left. I should have listened to other reviews. GO to RUTHS Chris Steakhouse. It’s worth it more and the service is better.
Food was amazing, service was amazing, LaToya was FANTASTIC! Very highly recommend!
The food was amazing! We ordered the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer. It was topped with crawfish and lump crab meat. Sooo good! They definitely weren’t stingy on the topping either. The service was phenomenal! Would definitely would go back!
We typically enjoy the food so much. Disappointed this time - especially as we were celebrating multiple birthdays. Caesar salad was very dry. Braised rib ordered by birthday boy and long time 7 Star was cold but did not want to complain to sweet waitress or bring positive mood of party down as first outing in a while due to COVID. My lamb chops were dry - def needed sauce. Was pricey for lack luster results. The dessert was amazing so that was nice.
We have dined here 3 or 4 times and have never been impressed. The quality is decent but inconsistent. The service is the same. Never great, and sometimes, like last night, less than good. Not rude, just bad. Our server just walked up to the table & stood there- Didn’t ask if we had questions, didn’t greet us. It was odd. The food was decent, but the lackluster service made for a less than enjoyable experience. For the prices, I expect better. I’d go elsewhere for my “nice” dinner in the future.
Crab legs yummy 😋. My family ordered the steak prime rib and filet. Son ordered the chicken salad. They were so so sweet!!! Loved the food loved the service!!!!
Great selection of food and variety of appetizers
The server provided excellent service. Food was prepared well. They put us in a back room by ourselves and it was too quiet and everything echoed. The furnishings in the room were sparse. I ate in the front dining room in the past and had a much more positive experience
Amazing restaurant!!!! The zucchini Squash au gratin was awesome!!!! It’s my second time dining at this place and I will definitely be back for a third!!! The food was cooked to perfection!!! The service was excellent!!! Two thumbs up on everything!!!!
Waiter was awful. Had to ask for water... had to ask for a knife, etc. Also, with COVID-19, noticed several things the waiter did that not meet safety/cleanliness guidelines.
