Maggiano's - Troy

Nothing major to report here. Food was good and service was decent.
Our server did not point out the specials to us.
When I asked her she assumed we knew.
I explained it was our first time and we’re from Canada and had no idea about the restaurant.
Although the manager did come over and apologize - it was a little late as our orders had already been placed so we could not take advantage of the special offers.
The food wasn’t all that great and would not make a point of returning.
I love Maggiano’s, but our waiter was not the nicest. The food was not hot and it was very salty, that it caused my friend legs and feet to swell. I come here frequently and it was not the best this time.
Absolutely wonderful! We always enjoy dining at Maggiano's!
The waitress was attentive through our meal. The food was plentiful and delicious.
The food was excellent and the server really too good care of us. Andy was exceptional. His recommendations and customer service were so good and kept coming.
We often eat at this restaurants and would recommend it for dinner. Not for brunch. No ones breakfast was done correctly. Eggs over cooked, etc. everyone was hungry so no one wanted to send it back since it took a while to get the meal. Not many people in the restaurants. Too many other brunch places to go to rather then this pricey, disappointing brunch. Stick to diner here.
Great food but the service just isn’t what it used to be.
My mom is 91 years old and every time she visits Michigan she wants to come to your restaurant. She enjoys the menu, special attention from the manager concerning her allergies and sometimes we get a table visit from the chef. This place is about service and not just about making money. I love it.
Good value for pasta dinners.
Maggiano's Troy is a favorite because the ambience is charming (although it can get loud if full of patrons), the food is always reliably delicious and filling, and the waitstaff are reliably attentive and cheerful.
Our waiter was outstanding 🔥🔥🔥very friendly and timely with our order
Waitress was snooty. Girls up front were clueless. Food was ok. Different than last time I was there.
Always great service and food.
I love the place from the moment I had it abt 6 months ago. So I thought i would go their for my twins 20th birthday dinner. We ordered drinks, appetizers and meals. I ordered the linguini de Mari and I did eat it there took it home. Got home seen something was missing. And it was clams but when i called back to address it i made a mistake and said scallops. And instead of the manager saying no that dont come in it but list whatever comes in it. And then i could have corrected myself. But i just let it go. Because on a $25 meal which isnt much but the principal i want all ingredients listed unless stated differently. I could have made a seafood boil bag at home with 2 clusters, mussels, shrimp, clams, corn, eggs and potatoes for this price. So yes I wanted my missing clams from my meal. And the lobster isnt in the meal they must just cook in lobster broth. But other than this meal. Great great.
Food and drinks were great and service was phenomenal!!
Celebrating a birthday
Always do a great job!
My sister & I enjoyed our brunch & our waitress Shavon was awesome.
It's what I expected for fine dining. If you want the best of everything then Maggiano's little Italy is the place to go. What I don't like is someone telling me I must explain in 50 words or more. Next time I refuse to comment or take this survey.
We enjoyed our experience. The food is delicious. The only issue was that 5/6 salads arrived, we waited for the other, then 5/6 dinner entrees arrive. Both were different gusts in our group.
Had a wonderful meal with my husband for our ANNIVERSARY. Would definitely go back
Great service from wana?. Food was outstanding. Clean and polite wait staff.
Went to Maggiano's for my husband's birthday. Our waitress, Kate, was very accommodating and gave us great service. She even brought my husband out some lemon cookies with candles in them!
Great food, great atmosphere!
Very good food and beautiful environment. They have fair prices.
For the most part it was alright. Service and atmosphere was good. The food could be better. Let’s just say it’s nothing to brag about.
The waiter did not explain the menu. He did not offer any side dishes or tell us that it was ala cart until we had to ask for potato’s once our food was served. We ordered potatos, They came cold! He barely checked if we needed anything until the end and it was time to pay! Pasta was hard!!! Very still like they were pre made and left out!!
For the price, it was not worth it!
We will not be going back.
Fast, friendly service even though busy with Fathers Day diners. Very good food with large servings.
we were there Father's day and the restaurant did an amazing job of handling all the guests
Fathers Day Brunch. We had a table of 8 and did there brunch menu for Fathers Day. We had a good idea because of doing Mother’s Day that we had Phenomenal food and exceptionally phenomenal server. Unfortunately, this time the food wasn’t as good didn’t really have much taste really didn’t get much portion size as we did last time for Mother’s Day brunch. We did order two drinks and they were exceptionally strong so I’m not sure if they knew how to make it. We’ve been here many times but we had an expectation like Mother’s Day and I didn’t go as well as we thought. It was busy but not as busy as Mother’s Day. I know sometimes you can have an off day but there just was no taste to our food and of course during the buffet if we want something more during the course were supposed to ask versus the other waiter that we had for Mother’s Day he saw something was empty and he brought it to us on the spot without us even asking if we could eat it he just gave it to us to take home. Their food is good but something just happened and Father’s Day brunch. I don’t think I will do Father’s Day brunch again it did not have the same I’m Ambience as Mother’s Day.
Always a pleasure
I made reservations for Sunday brunch a month ahead of time. When I reserved for 10 people at 11 AM, I specifically asked if there was a special Father's menu and was told that their NORMAL brunch menu would be the fare. The night before our reservation, another person in our party called to ask about the menu and was directed to their online brunch menu. We arrived looking forward to breakfast foods. We were presented with two choices - a dinner only menu, or a family style menu that was a four course meal for $28 per person with a two person minimum. Most of the family style menu was still dinner foods, but eggs benedict was offered. We asked if some of the people at our table could order just eggs benedict - NO! Then we tried for 8 people to order dinners and two people to order the family menu - again NO! Even though the family menu was a 2 person minimum, they would not serve it unless the entire table ordered it. We complained to the manager and explained that we had thoroughly checked this out before booking - no accommodation whatsoever was offered. We will NEVER return!
Food was very good, great selection of items. Our server was outstanding. Very attentive, had every course timed correctly, great interaction with our guests (one being an 8 year old). Have eaten at Maggiano’s in several cities and they are always consistently good.
Wonderful experience In Every way. Great with food allergies.
This is the place we always visit for family gathering because of the delicious Italian food, great service and great value. We always enjoy picking items for Meals For Two, with one entry to enjoy at restaurant and another at home later. Calamari was cooked just right and the sausage flatbread is crispy with flavorful sausage and tomatoes. The lite take of Chicken Marsala is my brother's top choice, while mine is Chicken Frances. Desserts are all wonderful. Definitely enjoy a great evening.
Our table was in a not so very comfortable location. It was a table able to seat 4 but it good there was only two of us because there’s no way anyone could have walked by our table had we had four people.... and there was plenty of foot traffic.
