Great food!! Will be going there again.
Food was amazing, I had the center-cut filet mignon. I recommend it, the food was warm it cane fast, the waiter was very professional and paid a lot of attention to our table.
The food was great. The server Lindsey was great. The Pomegranate Martini was everything!
I went during Restaurant week and during happy hour. The menu selection for the Restaurant week was amazing.... four courses for $35. Plus during happy hour, the flatbread was $4 and margaritas were $7. For less than $50, I was able to enjoy a four course meal with extras. The food was delicious, hot and brought out timely. My daughter customized her entree and it was made to her liking. In addition, we had so much food, I had leftovers for lunch the next day. I will definitely be back.
The food was great and so was the service. I went for happy hour and felt like I had an entire meal. Nice that the art of good customer service is still going on there. My first, but not my last visit.
The food is absolutely immaculate, but the service was definitely not up to the expectations. Especially on a moderate night, there wasn't a ton of tables. The server was rarely around when serving us, and was very standoffish.
We saw rat running around towards the end if the dinner. We had a reservation for 8 people and they didn’t make the table available before all 8 guests arrived. which was very unprofessional. During dinner, they brought one cocktail menu for 8 guests and we had to request more.
This place didn’t even have the basic standards for a “classy” restaurant. If you have more options, dont waste your money here.
Our waitress was nice but not very attentive. We watched our waitress check on everyone else around us except us. Our drinks weren’t refilled and we weren’t asked if we wanted more bread. My boyfriend’s food came out hot, however mines was not. I sent my food back because it was cold and was told that I would get a new one. My boyfriend finished his food, was offered to wrap his leftovers all before my food even came. I also asked for a drink menu to order an alcoholic beverage. The waitress never came back to ever take my drink order but took back the drink menu. It was blatant that we were treated less than everyone else. The service was not good at all which was very surprising.
Every year, for several years, my husband and I, along with his cousin and his wife, go back to Philly for the home show. And every year, we end the day with an early dinner at Maggiano’s. This year was no different. My husband’ cousin has an allergy to black pepper. He always orders the veal chop with my husband, this year, there was only one veal chop left and my husband got it thanks to his cousin offering to do a ribeye instead which was offered at a discount for the in convenience. The chef, normally the same chef, I think maybe Eric, comes out to go over the pepper allergy. We only go once a year so I don’t expect the chef to remember us when we go. It is so nice though that he takes the time to come out and go over the allergy. This personal service, as well as the delicious food and friendly staff, is why we go back every year. There are so many restaurants to choose from but nobody has given us the service that this particular restaurant does. Thank you.
They accommodated our group of 12, everyone's meals were served at the same time, food very good. One in our group was having a birthday to which they brought out a little cake!
Service was exellent but food was too much and not a really good taste unfortunately.
So my girlfriend made reservations we got there a little late. It wasn't busy at all. It's clean and my service was awesome. My food was outstanding and came out pretty quickly. My girlfriend didn't like hers as much. Guys Tuscan shrimp and chicken is ti die for
Never disappointed. Food always delicious & hot:)
Tiramisu the best!
Great food & service.
Food was delicious...but found 2 hairs in my food. Thought it could've been mine so I didn't say anything. Then my husband found one in his meal. Never said anything though because I felt bad.
We love Maggiano's. The food is always delicious and we love the vibe of the place. Ariel was our server and she was lovely. Can't wait to return!
Had my birthday dinner here the other day and it was great! We dined in family style since we were a party of 12. There was so much food we had to take half home. Can’t remember the server’s name but he was so great and accommodating. I even tried the white sangria which was also good. Will definitely be back sometime soon!
We were originally seated at a 12 top for 6 people and a high chair. We asked to be moved and we were then moved to basically a 4 top all squeezed in. Our waitress Jen greeted us, took our drink order and didn’t return for 30 mins until I asked another waitress where she was. Her service was completely awful. Another waiter spilled a beer down my husbands back and never apologized. The manager was very nice.
It was New Years Day and we celebrating so many great things. It just felt like there was a complete disconnect from the staff to the patrons.
Always a favorite
Predictably good food and good service. Portions are generous. At least some of the recipes are made more mild than would otherwise be expected so as to make them more palatable to the general crowd. This is too bad, as it removes remarkable from the food's potential.
Just ok wouldn’t go back
It was New Years Eve and was a little crazy at first but all worked out in the end!!!
Went for an NYE dinner with the family. Great food and service.
We were there NY Eve. Hostess was lovely-we were a little early for our reservation- was very glad I made one. Food was excellent and portions were large. Location was perfect- across from out hotel
I’ve been to three different Maggiano’s on multiple different occasions and have never had a single experience outside of exceptional. Great variety of plates to satisfy any pallet. Service is amazing and attentive. New Year’s Eve dinner was well spent.
The veal parm Was awesome service was fast and would recommend if you like Italian food !
Nice dinner with family.
We had the best server Danielle! She made our trip into the city fun and enjoyable. The food was great and we all had a nice time dining at Maggiano's.
After Christmas dinner with my family
Excellent service and great food. Our server, Randy, was the best!!
We have been there many times. It's always mobbed so it doesn't matter if you have a reservation or not you always have to wait. Our regular server, Unique, was not there which made a big difference! I say this because she inspects the entrees to see if they're OK before serving them. My friend's chicken dish was burnt on the edges as was my veal. Quality is so- so. We both agreed we won't be back for a good while.
A pleasant experience.
I recommended Maggiano's from several previous visits, however, this visit was very disappointing. When I placed my reservation I was told I would be sent a $10 coupon. I never received one. One person in our group had to order a drink several times before he received it. Our food was extremely salty. Several people in our party left part of their dinners due to the high salt content. I was told I would receive a mystery envelope after our meal to be used on a January visit. I never received one. The consensus of our group of thirteen was very disappointing.
My food wasn't great at all. Ordered shrimp pasta and it had a better taste in my mouth. Didn't finish meal
