Maggiano's - King of Prussia

We had a great dining experience with our server, Kevin. He was very knowledgeable about the menu, and provided us with attentive and thoughtful service. We will be back!

It was my daughter’s birthday. We love it here so much, The food and the service.

I have been to Maggiano's KofP numerous times, and I am never disappointed. My group all enjoyed their meals. You simply cannot beat the take home pasta option that's available with many dishes. I dined on the special stuffed shells and had a Lasagna to take home. Their side Cesar Salad is always a fine starter, which I enjoyed on this visit as well. I never have room for dessert, which is a shame as some of the desserts I saw coming to other tables looked delicious. I will be back to Maggiano's in the hopefully not too distant future.

Nick was our server and he provided great service. Food was delicious and very satisfying. Will definitely be back!

The food was great and our waitress was terrific. Enjoyed our meal very much. Unfortunately we did make reservations for 3:30, checked in at 3:25 but they made us wait, when we asked how much longer the one hostess said we are next on the list. But she then sat 3 other groups and we had to ask again, this hostess got us seated right away as it was now 3:50. I understand you sometimes have a 5-10 minute wait even with reservations, but seating other before us who we actually heard the one group say their reservations were for 4:00. Kind of turned us off, but the food and service from there make a big difference on our first impression.

After being seated 30 minutes past our reservation time, we were seated in the corner next to a server station. The servers were extremely disruptive by banging plates, continually dumping silverware in containers. Glasses and metal pitchers clanged throughout our meal making it very difficult to hold a conversation.

Our server "Alex" was excellent. I had the Salad w/honey mustard dressing and grill salmon. It was delicious.

There were (5) of us. One of us had "Shells". She did not like so server had it removed from bill - very nice!

We are regulars there and love it. Parking can be challenging, but there has to be a down side to such a great dining experience!

Celebrated our son's 17th birthday. Excellent service. Reserved our seats for 8pm, but asked to change to 7pm with no problems. Great food. Our waitress, Lyndsey was outstanding. Wonderful time.

Mothers 70th birthday!!

We went with our four children. Waitress was very accomodatung, food was great, and service was quick!

Husband said he didn’t like his meal. He’s had better fillet elsewhere. Mine was mediocre.
Service was ok

Our server Sabrina,was terrific. She had another girl helping (didn’t get her name) also wonderful. Both were very attentive to our table, repeatedly checking on our needs. They were friendly and most of all had smiles. Please acknowledge the outstanding service, truly assets to your restaurant.

We enjoyed our meal and our server was outgoing, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

We go with friends every year for my husband’s birthday. We love the food and have never been disappointed. Our reservation was for 700pm and they were very busy and running behind. They seated us within 15 minutes and for our trouble gave us two appetizers of our choice. The service was excellent and we had an enjoyable evening.

We had a reservation for 3 people but then had to wait almost 30 minutes past our time which was a bit frustrating. However when we were finally called for our table the hostess apologized for the wait and offered 2 free appetizers for our trouble. Good was excellent as always

I will start by mentioning that I have been here a number of times. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations and I was very disappointed. Although I had a reservation, my family and I had to wait 40+ minutes before we were seated. This is unacceptable when you have a reservation. Not to mention that our plans had to change given the delay. I do appreciate the staff comping appetizers, but I would have preferred to be seated timely. We were promised two pasta dishes to take home as part of our order. While we were able to take the leftovers home, the additional pasta dishes were nowhere to be found and unfortunately, we were already home. This should be the responsibility of the staff to make sure these are included if offered to customers. I will most likely not return given my disappointment.

Chairs need a refresh, most have split seats and the cushions are no longer cushiony. The service was good, but the food is very average. Everything tasted out of a can or box - things I can easily make at home.

My husband & I had our rehearsal dinner on 1/10. We had a large group of 15 and did Family Style. Calling in the order 2 days ahead of time saved so much time! Our waiters were efficient and helpful. The food and drink were flowing and all of our guests couldn’t believe it. Definitely recommend!

Maggiano's is one of my favorite restaurants in the area so I am there several times per year. I tried their chef special stuffed shells which I did not prefer. I usually love the food at Maggianos but these were OK. The service was very good and the dessert was very good. I do recommend this restaurant and have liked all of the food I have tried up to this time. That won't stop me from going back however.

Great all around but the noise was almost unbearable. We had issues hearing our conversation.

We had an excellent waiter. The lunches did not all arrive at the table at the same time so there was some waiting. Without being asked, he had our meals brought out immediately. And then he bought us round of drinks to make up for it. outstanding!!!

the food and service at Maggiano's yesterday was great. no issues at all to speak of. We all love the buy one take one option!

Awesome meal..

We sat in the back at a booth. There is a half wall there. That wall top needs to be cleaned! It is so dust covered. That should be part of the nightly cleaning. It actually turned me off and hard to enjoy the meal. I kept thinking the dust was getting in my dinner. I used to manage and waitress for many years, so I am very surprised about this.

Food was terrible compared to previous visit. Salad had wilted lettuce and looked leftover/old. Shrimp pasta dish had no flavor compared to previous visit. Shrimp were chewy, pasta didn’t taste fresh, and it was very oily/greasy. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I frequent Maggianos regularly.unfortunately the food was not up to par. The chopped salad was served warm and soggy.The lettuce was not fresh. They removed it from our check since we could not eat it. Then the Muscles arrived in Red sauce but was in a pool of oil. They were sent back and replaced and cooked better.

The restaurant was packed and even though we had reservations we had about a 15 minute wait. Fortunately we were able to get a seat at the bar and The bartenders were friendly and attentive. At our table the Food was tasty and plentiful. Service was good and I don’t like to be rushed and wasn’t but there were long periods between courses.
I will be back but next time during the week when it should be less crowded.
